They take excellent pictures and prices are comparable to other places. One of the problems we encountered was some of the staff have very strong accents which makes it hard to understand them at times and they seemed Disturbed by the fact we would ask them to repeat themselves. I think that needs to be addressed by the owner or management of this establishment. We have gone there every year for the past 3 years and this is the first time we've encountered this problem.

Getting a photo here has become the traditional family portrait. Only bad thing is there isn't much space so it makes it hard to walk around and they are trying to get people in an out so not the best layout but manageable.

Nice pictures but uses bait and hook as sales tactic. Does not explain pricing and by the end you pay for sitting fee, costume and each person in your picture. In the beginning they only explain the price of additional prints as if it's the cost of the pictures. Yes, I should have just walked out and left the pictures but my girls really wanted them. The owner Patrick was very nasty and would not work with me.

We were the last customers before closing. The staff was cordial and attentive to our party of 4 women and 1 gentleman. We were outfitted with clothing that slips around your torso and ties in the back for easy on/ off and accommodate all sizes. Hats, gloves, pearls, bracelets, garters, money, shot glasses, long cigarettes, machine guns and hand guns were offered to complete this old time gangster look. A memory to last a lifetime

Horrible they have a D on the BBB site. These people are horrible. I will never return here again for any reason and never recommend to a friend or a neighbor or anyone. Please don't waste your money with these ppl they are horrible and just money thief's.

These girls must be mistaken. I went to the first street location and had nothing but a good time. The staff was friendly and catered to my needs well. Prices were explained quite clearly and the process was fairly speedy.

We called to ask if they were open. Someone answered and said no they were closing, so we asked if they would be willing to stay open as we were on our way. They said yes because of the size of our party. We told them would be there in 15 minute. We arrived 15 minutes later but to our surprise the store was locked and closed. I am totally ok with them wanting to close early on a slow day but when you tell someone you are going to stay open and then don’t follow through that is bad business. We felt this reflects very poor management with low scruples. Maybe they thought it would be funny but whatever their motivation I would never recommend this company.

The staff were very accommodating and SUPER SWEET! They did their absolute best to make sure we were looking ours. They were patient, friendly, and just overall wonderful. The photographer was a young blonde with glasses and some tattoos.... SHE WAS PHENOMENAL! ♥️ The pictures looked absolutely great on the computer screen! My complaints: The manager was kind of an ass. He wouldn’t let my mom use a $3 coupon on a $250 order, and was rude to the staff! The picture printed out so blurry. It was NOT worth the price, I’m still upset about it.
