My login never worked at all Its been a year I still haven't received my senior photos or even seen them. I tried emailing 4 times the first 3 I never even got a response the 4th time I go to press send and a pop-up tells me the email address is no longer valid, i’ve tried calling never got an answer or reply. So i’d really like to know what happened

I don't think they do a great job taking young children's pictures. 2 years in a row I have been unimpressed with the quality. ex. hair in face, feet cut off of the picture. I understand its not easy to take pix of little ones but I don't feel enough time or care was spent on creating a good look. I can't say that I would recommend them.
