Great company! The photographer had great suggestions for the props my family and I brought in and she made the kids absolutely crack up laughing. We ended up getting a cute collage the photographer made for us.

We brought our 2.5 month old in to get Easter photos and also some family photos yesterday. I cannot say how amazing our experience was! Becky, our wonderful photographer, was so good with our grumpy son. She even got him to smile a few times and we ended up with 88 good pictures at the end of our session to choose from. She also was very skilled in different poses and using props and different backdrops. We will be back soon for sure and be requesting Becky!

We went to portrait simple and Patti was our photographer at the Rockingham mall of Salem NH. To say I was pleased is an understatement. Patty was absolutely so talented and so patient with our two children ages 5, and 10. It was so hard choosing which photos I actually wanted but we are thrilled with what we did get. Thanks to the Groupon I was able to upgrade at a super affordable rate giving me the flexibility to choose more and I’m so excited to now distribute these photos to all our friends and family members

Bunnies aren't props! Those buns need proper living spaces and HAY, which makes up 85% of a healthy bun's diet.

Went this past Thursday for my daughters 1st bday photoshoot, as usual my 1 year old was not having it. Robin our amazing photographer took her time to make my baby feel comfortable tried everything that was possible to make her laugh at least one bit; she smiled on a few pictures only. Robin offered to set up another appointment another day for us with the hope that our princess would do better another day and at a different time. We went back that Sunday took more pictures even did a smash cake mini shoot and I can't tell you how pleased I am! I love them all. I'm truly thankful for Robin for taking her time. I recommend her, hands down the best!!!

Please do not use this company for live rabbit (or chick) photo shoots! They do not care at all for the well being of the poor baby buns they are using to make a quick buck. So many bunnies are dumped after Easter, please do not give your money to a company that profits from using them as disposable props.

Extremely talented and friendly staff. I showed up 2 minutes before my appointment time and was shown right in and the pictures of my infant and toddler sons came out incredible! Pricing is even a bit lower than i would have expected for a studio like this one.

Went there over 2 months ago in regards to getting pictures taken with our two small dogs. Asked about if any of the photographers were good with squeamish little dogs and were told they’re all professionals and the pictures would be great. The girl two months ago also gave us a pamphlet to look at what packages they had. No where did she say you would have to pay an annual membership because how would anyone know if they liked the pics and want to go back? Tori took the pics within 12-13 minutes tops and the noises she made actually scared the dogs more so you could tell she was not good with little dogs and she surely didn’t care what we looked like or that the dogs were getting tangled in my hair. Such a rush job it was unbelievable! My husband is furious. He wants them to take back the pics - they claim on their paperwork they can do a reshoot but they also claimed that all their photographers were good with pet photography and they are not in my opinion. A person could have their friends take better pictures on their iPhone and have a friend edit them better than this place. And their shady tactics of adding a membership fee on? No way. There’s a reason they’re called simple. We should have known but their prices aren’t simple that’s for sure.

Absolutely outrageous prices. $100 for a 16x20 when Staples/Walgreens will make one for $16? $30 a sheet for basic 4x6 when you can get them for pennies on the dollar anywhere? Ended up just buying one digital photo so that I can print MUCH cheaper elsewhere. Only one because $75 per digital photo; really though? Basically they know their prints are stupid expensive and customers will look to print elsewhere. All of this is in addition to the session fee of course. They don't display most of their prices online so that you can find out after the fact. Never coming back nor recommending after learning of their ridiculous costs.

We had Robyn as our photographer. She was awesome! We have four boys from age seven to 3 weeks. We had an appointment during their lunch time; so you can imagine the challenge to get them to be on the same page. My 16 month old is an active, yet stubborn, little fella; but she was good at distracting him to somehow get some great shots. I was impressed! The boys seemed to enjoy the session and regardless of the chaos we left with pictures we were happy to share with family and friends. Thanks again Robyn for your patience and talent we will be seeing you again.

We went here in 2018 for my sons first Easter pictures. They came out perfect. The photographer took her time with my son and used several different props. She let us take our time picking out the photos. We even bought all of them on digital because of what a great job she did. So we came back again this year renewing our membership and we were absolutely disappointed. We had the complete opposite of a experience. We also did not have one phot we really liked. We felt rushed and they offered to use no props. With already having the membership we decided to give them one last chance and went back. We arrived on time and was rudely greated. We waited and the manager then approached us saying if we reschedule that they can give us free sheets. Although we felt so uncomefortable with the situation. We went back. The manager said she’d be the one to take the pictures and do her best. She were there but did not help or take the photos. She was extremely rude to us and the pictures came out awful once again. My sister and I were unhappy with our experience here and we will not be going back. I am writing this review that way they know and hopefully can realize that they lost a customer due to the process we had to go through. Very disappointed

Some photographers are more skilled that others.... your session outcome really depends on the photograph. They have wide variety of photo accessories for all kinds of themes especially for kids. The session is quick and the turn around for the photos is also quick. Setting up appointment with them is quick and easy. The photographers are very friendly and accommodating with our photo requirements.

HORRIBLE PLACE* DONT GO HERE! THEY ARE USING LIVE RABBITS IN THIS PROCESS.. THEY ARE STUFFING THEM INTO BIRD CAGES THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN CAGES! THEY ARE JUST LIKE ANY DOG OR CAT (NEEDS TO BE FREE ROAMED) ALL OF YOU WORKERS ON PORTRAIT SIMPLE SHUT THIS DOWN! THEY ARE ALSO GIVING THEM NO HAY (which is 80% of their diet)... disgusting..

I have used the Milestones membership for both of my children. I really enjoy taking my children here for pictures. Everyone that works there has been SO friendly and accommodating. I have recommended this studio to several people. I find their pricing VERY FAIR! Anyone complaining about the prices doesnt understand AT ALL what they are paying for. You have a photographer, working with high end equipment, a private photo shoot with props, edited photos, in a brick and mortar store. Also, set your expectations appropriately. You can't expect the same level of photos that you would get from a photographer charging $800+ for a photoshoot.

Absolutely disgusting. The animals used for the photo shoots are mistreated and living miserably. The rabbits live in horrible conditions such as being confined to wire bottom cages, and the staff don't provide their essential needs consistently. They are also always irresponsibly handled by the staff and children. The rabbits are grabbed by the ears, and the baby chickens are tossed around like toys. It is obvious that the animals are seen as props and not treated as living creatures, and are only there to attract brainwashed customers and to make a quick profit. If you want to take a cute lil family photoshoot, this is the place to avoid at all costs.
