Absolutely fabulous!! I highly recommend. Brian was the photographer for my daughter's wedding. He was so easy to work with and made everyone feel really comfortable. His assistant, Lindsay, was also so wonderful! Both went out of their way to help make it such a special day!! They know what they are doing and were able to seamlessly capture all the special moments as well as take the traditional shots. The bride and groom were coming from out of the country for the wedding. Brian made the time to meet with them to assure that everything went as they envisioned. We couldn't be happier with his work!

Brian Ambrose is the real deal. I hired him to do a group photo and headshots for my staff at a nonprofit in Hartford. I do some headshots and family photography myself, so I knew what to look for in a photographer. The images were very high quality and Brian was very professional every step of the way. Prior to the shoot, he came to the office so he could meet the staff and be sure to bring the right equipment. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and we were able to do the shoot outside. He and I went over my vision before the shoot, and we got exactly what we wanted. He had a great personality and put everyone at ease - and trust me, my co-workers do not like having their picture taken! I was very pleased with the whole process and with the final products. I will definitely hire him again for projects in the future. And, for those who think his prices are outrageous - he is a professional and should be paid accordingly. Photography is MUCH more than clicking a button on a camera. If it were just that, you wouldn't be looking for a photographer, would you? There is a ton of training and experience involved and the equipment can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes such as prepping the equipment, scoping out the area, setting up appointments, and editing the photos. All of this is to say that you get what you paid for. And if you want/need professional shots for your project, you need to pay professional prices.

My son was coming home from college for Christmas break and needed headshots done because he is an Actor and was looking to sign with a Talent Agency once he got back to college. Our time was very limited as he was only going to be home for 3 weeks. Brian fit us in quickly and was AWESOME! My son was very relaxed with him. Brian had a great rapport with my son and they were chatting the whole session which got my son into a really comfortable zone. He had the finished shots back to us by the next week! They were stunning! My son put his portfolio together with Brian's headshots and booked with a Talent Agency down South just 2 months later. He is a really good Actor but the headshots were really the selling point. They showed his personality perfectly! I highly recommend Brian Ambrose Photography for all your photography needs!!
