I had a great experience at MotoPhoto! First, I spoke with someone on the phone who informed me that I could use their equipment to view my slides in the shop. By the time I arrived, that projector had been loaned out, so I was given one to bring home for free. My selected slides were then developed into beautiful photos and my parents were thrilled with their gift. Everyone I dealt with at MotoPhoto was kind, well-informed and super helpful. Been coming to This MotoPhoto for years. Printing quality is excellent, service is always great, and prices are competitive with any other company. Plus it's local so I don't have to wait for mail-order photos, and if there's something I don't love about the printing/color, the manager has always offered to adjust the printer or help me in Photoshop. Happy customer!

Had an appointment for some business photos. Walked in and was greeted by an unfriendly woman who was annoyed when I told her we were here for a 10:30 appointment. She told us to go to the back and wait. No hello or welcome. The experience with one of the photographers was unpleasant. She was obnoxious and standoffish. The other photographer was nice. I am in the customer service business and I would not go there again. It was uncomfortable and cold.

Had a session with Suzie today and it was absolutely perfect! As a high school senior, I was so nervous about having the "perfect" senior portraits. In the first five minutes, all of my fears went away when Suzie assured me that she'd make it perfect for me. She tried so many different poses in front of a variety of different backdrops. She knew exactly what she was doing and was so knowledgeable about what would look good in what setting. She took time with each pose and backdrop to make it perfect! I even got my brother in on some of the pictures and she knew exactly how to pose us. We even went outside and she got the perfect lighting and different poses there as well. Cannot say enough good about my experience today. She was so kind and patient and left me feeling both confident about myself, confident with my photos, and so happy with my choice to go with Avon Motophoto. Thanks again to Suzie and the Motophoto team for all their help! Would easily recommend them for any occasion.

I needed professional photos taken for an online work profile at a pediatric dental website, and I am so glad I booked it over at Avon MotoPhoto! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and Jenna, the photographer I was working with, was equally wonderful! Sometimes when you have professional photos, I feel like the photographer is just trying to rush through - but Jenna truly has an eye for the art. She listened to what I wanted and her suggestions and poses were spot on. I appreciate that she knows what she is doing and that I felt completely at ease. Afterwards we went through the photos together and she photshopped it with me (stray hairs, shiny forehead, imperfections) to make sure I was completely happy. I wish I wasnt moving out of the area soon, because I would definitely come back for ALL of my events.

The photographer was great - she made me feel very comfortable and did a good job helping to select the right shot. She did some photo-shopping to smooth the look of my wrinkles, but it was not excessive and the finished portrait is very nice and natural looking. I'm using it for a professional brochure now.

We went for family photos and not only did the photos come out good, but the photographer was wonderful at getting my very shy son to smile. We had one small hiccup with our holiday cards, but when I went in they reprinted them on the spot. No waiting for anther 2 days. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to anybody.

Came here for passport photos. The man behind the desk was very nice and the place was welcoming. The photographer took my photo very quickly, did not even show it to me before printing it and sending me to go pay. which the cost was $30! Absolutely ridiculous for 4 tinny photos and 1 min of effort. complete scam. Plus I didn't even like the photos...
