Julie was amazing every step of the way and even let us come back another day when our 9 month old daughter wasn't very happy that day. I can't say enough about Photo Element. We used them first for our newborn shots back in early 2011 and have used them regularly since then to capture our family as we've grown both in number and in age. We've probably done a dozen or so shoots with them, and each time I've said to myself, "Wow, the kids were really poorly behaved, there's no way these photos are going to turn out." And each time the proofs have come back and it's been difficult to decide which shots to order because they are so wonderful. We have their photos up throughout our house, and I love being able to see how we've grown over the years.
