Kelly went out of her way to make my experience pleasant. I'm not one who likes getting his picture taken but wanted to have some shots to document my beard before shaving it off. I'm also, not a great planner so was very pleased when she allowed me to show up on the spur of the moment. Furthermore, she went way beyond my expectations by calling and organizing a haircut and beard shaping between shots because I had mentioned I wanted some before and after shots. Kelly did a great job and I was very satisfied with the results of the photo shoot. There's no doubt she's worth every penny because she is very skilled at her craft but her kind and easy demeanor make her stand out amongst her competitors.
