Faulse advertisement! When you pay the $20 for the promo they tell you that you get 19 portraits when in reality you get 1. Then they want you to pay an arm and a leg for more pictures! It’s Christmas time and people don’t have a lot of money thus wanting the cheap photos. Never going back and would not recommend them! The lady that took our pictures was rude and impatient. Very disappointed!

Nothing is cheap these days but the number of photos you get and the high detailed framework and quality of it all is a bargain. Compared to a lot of places out there that do not offer the extras that this company does. The ladies were very accommodating, the kids had fun taking pictures. We got family pictures with 8 people and a 9 month old baby which can be super hectic, as you can imagine. Our photographer was AMAZING ! She kept everyone on the same page throughout the session. We had so much fun! Our pictures were better than we expected. Great place! Great people! Just watch out for those fees. Even the cost for just the digital rights was a bit steep. Ouch! We'll be eating bologna and cheese for a couple weeks now. I would love to say that I would recommend these guys to my friends and family but with those prices I'm afraid they won't be able to afford pictures so I can't recommend.

Great place for professional family photos. Today me and my 6 year old and 14 year old had the pleasure and privilege to be photographed by Marissa R. She has a very keen eye for detail. I was truly blown away how well all of the combination of poses between the three of us came out. Looking at the digitals, Marissa ensured that all elements within the photo—the lighting, the composition, the props, me and my kiddos, and everything else in between—worked together harmoniously to convey the love and dynamics in our family. There were too many great poses to choose from. From the initial booking, the helpful follow up calls and emails, to today, each person has been upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable. While I have yet to see the end products past the digital versions on the screen, I am over the moon pleased with our experiences at Andrae Michaels. We will absolutely use their services again. Thanks again Marissa!

I wish I could give more stars. My husband and I got my maternity photos done here in 2016... on 10/31/18 my husband was killed. I went to the studio, about two weekends ago, and asked the wonderful lady at the front desk ( I’m sorry I forgot her name) if there was anyway the could find my picture session. It was overall a very pleasant experience. Jerrilyn was very sweet, full of compliments and made me feel great! I had fun working with her. I had some of my own ideas and poses, which helped as well, for she was just getting back into photography after being away from it for a while. I had gotten a promotional certificate as a gift, so didn’t really know what costs would be to receive more than the one promotional pose. It is a bit expensive, but no more than most and they have me a good deal.

What a great experience! Lynette took our pictures with Jerelyn assisting her. The pictures of the family and our kids turned out great. They did many poses, asked for our input, and made sure that all of the small things were right (wrinkles in clothes, bra straps showing, hair out of place) before they took each picture. I have never had so much fun having pictures done. Usually I dread it because it is so stressful making sure everyone looks good, but this was a blast. I would highly recommend this studio. I would also recommend purchasing the online packages, as they are a better deal, and making sure that your booking is for the correct day. I accidentally booked a Monday when I meant to book a Sunday.

I scheduled a session 2 months ahead of time for my son's 6 month pics through the certificates they sell. We showed up to our appointment only to find them closed due to a company emergency. I was pretty upset since I had not received any previous reminders and my day was already stressfull trying to make sure everything would go accordingly to make it to this appointment. I made sure to call and left them a voicemail. Next day I received a voicemail from Marissa apologizing and asked to reschedule. I finally rescheduled for Saturday after Thanksgiving. The photographer for our session was RED. She is awesome! My son was all smiles up until he got tired. RED was patient, joyful and very passionate about her work. I'm very happy we got to work with her. I absolutely loved my baby's pictures. We purchased our session no sitting fee courtesy of their outstanding customer service for the small miscommunication that happened. AND we also purchased a small package of 10 sheets. She didn't push us to purchase anything we didn't want to purchase but did let us know every thing available, which I value as a customer as I like to purchase with knowledge of product and budget in consideration. Thank You RED!! I definitely hope to see you again! This was my initial review it was a 5 star, I guess I should have waited to actually pick up our sons pictures. Wow, the quality is definitely not the best. My son's pictures came out in this weird pink looking ink not at all what was showed on the computer at our initial session. If we would have seen it was looking that way we would not have choose it. You can tell the difference in tones on the pictures. They told me they were going to reprint them and had me sign that I had picked up, I did and I put the date next to it. It's been about 1 month and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm getting ready to call them to check up on them. Obviously, this is already taking more time and steps to get a basic promo package. As of now, I'm regretting getting my son's 6month pictures here. I had previously used Sears and their quality was much better for roughly the same price. This is one disappointed customer who will not be returning after everything is squared away.

Yesterday (Sunday), we had a schedule photo shoot at 2:30pm. We walked in and the photographer (I feel awful I forgot the name) was helping two other families (definitely busy), and tried to check us in but said we were scheduled for Monday at 2:30pm, but she thought perhaps it was a mistake on her end, and if we were patient, she'd try and get us in ASAP. I initially was shocked and assumed it was their mistake, but to my surprise, it was MY mistake. I accidentally scheduled it online for Monday. I felt awful, but she was so kind and said she'd still work with us if worked with her. We didn't have to wait too long at all. She took photos of my 1 year old son while, in between poses, taking care of the other customers that were there. I don't know how she did it, but every single pose turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She is amazing with kids, photography, and customer service. She should definitely get a raise, as she was wearing many hats all day by herself. I highly recommend Andrae Michael photography! By the way, this was our second time there because we liked what they did with my 10 month old daughter a couple years back. We will definitely be repeat customers!

We paid $199 for an online package. Then $20 to have some printed out by the studio. When I purchased the package online, I was worried about how steep it was and almost considered other options. After my session there, I truly believe that is was well worth every penny. I will be glad to spend that money again next year. Our photographer, Jerelyn, was wonderful! My family and I went there for my son’s forth birthday. She truly has a passion for what she does and it’s so fun to see her get really into it. It makes for wonderful photos. My son was being very fussy and I was very worried our pictures wouldn’t be nice this year but Jerelyn made it so fun for him that it didn’t take him long to enjoy taking the photos! That’s AMAZING. They both ended up having so much fun that the photos of him came out so fantastic! I am extremely self conscious and HARDLY ever have photos of myself! But she made me feel so beautiful and the photos she took of me came out so wonderful. My husband looks so handsome in his photos as well and it’s probably because she brought out such comfort to everyone! I do a photoshoot every year at different places for my son’s birthday; and I have to say, this year was my absolute favorite! I would like Jerelyn to take our photos every year from here on out!
