Where do I even begin! The staff where amazing Danielle was amazing she made having a big family for a photo shoot fun. The whole experience was a blast. Our photos look amazing, we had a baby and a dog which makes photos hard and she made it a breeze. The whole time we where smiling and laughing. I just got my photos taken. Dani did an amazing job with backgrounds, props, and poses. Every single photo came out perfect that I purchased the valuable package. I definitely recommend this studio. I know I am going back there next time. They really care for those being photographed. On top of their two locations, they are also mobile so they can do outdoor photography, etc.

My overall experience was definitely not what I had expected and was upset it turned out that way. I regret going here for our family pictures. Of course I love having pictures of my family, especially when they include me, but going to a professional I expect to have someone make me look my best in a photo as well as everyone else. The more I look at the pictures the less I like them and the more I want retakes. I was also upset when I wanted pictures of my newborn and the photographer decided to take them on a chair. There was no creativity here. Of all the props, baskets, blankets, etc she wanted to use the easiest thing she could pull and throw petals around. I guess it was our fault for booking such a late session since she seemed to be in a hurry to leave, trying not to make it obvious of course. Last but not least, the price to me was ridiculous. Especially for not liking most of them and comparing them to JCPennys, who we had a session with earlier that day and LOVED. I very much appreciate our photographers little patience and the pictures of just my newborn that turned beautifully. Edit: Our retakes were amazing! By far better than the first time and she even did great with the set up for my baby. Took a while to get back in(due to my scheduling) but she made sure that we were satisfied and I'm so beyond excited to have these soon! So happy to have these retakes and be much more satisfied. The customer service is AMAZING

This company is a scam! They only want your money. They tell their employees it’s okay to lie to the customers as long as they get their $30. Once they get their $30, they will try to drain every penny out of you. Their prices are ridiculous and their quality is even worse! I spoke to Willie, one of the managers, a complete scum. Sad to know there are people who are so greedy. If you are reading this, please do not give your money to them! You will be ripped off one way or another. There are a lot of better alternatives to getting your family photos done. A complete shame and embarrassment of a company! Please please do not do business with them!

So I took pictures about a month ago with my family. I had some dislikes with a couple of the photos/ packages I received back. I contacted the studio as soon as I was aware of the problems with my pictures (same day I received the pictures I called back) Long story short I have contacted the studio several times and have not got a call back from the manager. I've spent over $200 total and I am not pleased nor happy with the customer care, you would think you would get when it comes to life time memories, moments with your family should be picture perfect and they are not! I do want to say thanks to the young lady who has answer the phone every time to take my messages. I see I will have to handle this in a different manor to get some help with this issue it will be a month next week no contact from the manager.

A representative for the company tried to hustle me at the mall by making me fill out a sheet he initially said was a contact info sheet but turned out to be a receipt. He charged me $20 and scheduled an appointment before I even decided whether I wanted a picture or not. To top it off, he reeked of ganja. Really unprofessional

This was my first and worst experience, I regret going this place for photo session. The more I look at the pictures the less I like them, No creativity here, just casual several clicks, you have camera in your hand doesn't mean you're professional photographer, rather they need to learn a lot to be a professional. You have camera shake and pictures are blurry, I was really upset when I saw photos were blurred and shaken, no professional editing, no enhancements. I can get better picture quality with my own camera and print them in few bucks to any near by photo center. How ridiculous high price they are charging for such pictures, not worth at all. I know it was my decision to go at this place and I regret it. It seems they neither know photography nor any photo editing skills!!

Andrea Micheals studio is a joke, my family and I have been there twice and I personal did not like it. The workers and quality of the pictures weren’t even that good. Pretty sure the employees are high school students. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for hardly anything, I’ve recently been to a different studio that was ten times better than this place. I do not recommend this place, AT ALL.

Pictures felt rushed because of piled up appointments, also why would anyone need wallet photos? Horrible idea to put that in the package you buy right off the bat, family of 7 doesn't show up well on wallet photos and who even has wallet photos anymore? Be prepared to buy more than the $30 dollars of one pose they charge up front. Felt like salesperson was a little pushy and prices are altered depending on how many you buy, wanted just 4 pics for $110, ended up with 12 for $150. Pictures came out pretty good but resolution wasn't the best.

To say I had a worst experience is not enough. When we came the whole family , nobody expected us even we had an appointment. Our photographer Ryan was professional and creatiative taking pictures of my 4 year daughter and 1 year old son, who coukdnt stsy still. I was impressed and happy. It was our first time taking family pictures at studio. Then came a knock out.. When we sit down to discuss our options and packages .Ryan lied straight to our faces. He wrote down on his pad and I firmly remember the price for only digital package. I specifically btold him how much we have to spend to our budget . So we proceed to modify online pictures. My husband was there too abd heard completely everything he went over. Then we went to check out and I looked at his computer and it became over $330 for 74 online only pictures . Are you compketely insane. This price was also included big canvas, which I declined. He said $170 for only digital pictures. He said it eas miscommunication..not it wasnt ...Ryan tried to rip off a family...even $170 too much to pay for only online pictires..First he gave us quote and then tried to change to a different amount. It took me some time to find time and get ready my kids...and then like a spit in my face. No customer service whatsoever...We left the studio so humilated cause when we were at check out . There were another family waiting..My husband heard him quoting, but we had enough embarassment so we left. I will have a bad taste in my mouth fir awhile. I guess I will record what the photographer quotes to have as a prooof...which as ridiculous....My advice to all families and customers dont go there and take pictures with him Ryan.

Overall a pretty good experience though I recommend pricing around if that's your main factor when you are looking for professional photography. Friendly photographer. I took my senior pictures here back in 2010. Then we did family pictures back in 2012 I believe. We just did another set of family pictures in October. Very professional and friendly. Only negative is that it is quite pricey for the digital pictures. Wish it was cheaper. Only for that reason we will be going with someone else next time for pictures.

I have done this three times with my daughter and I. A couple things. When you get the $20 package (plus $10 sitting fee) you get one big one, one half sheet, and one sheet of wallets with one pose. I knew that going in. The guys I have worked with were up front about that. Maybe some aren’t but that is the deal. The photographer this was time was great. The last one not so much, the one before was also great. They will try and sell you really expensive upgrades but if you are up front with them and say you just want your promotional package they will let you pick your pose and send you in your way. Like I said this is the third time I have done this with them and I have been happy with the results.

Took my new born and wife for some pictures that we got offered at the mall for $20. Got to the place still charged us $10. They don’t tell you about pricing till the very end after you reviewed the pictures and fall in love with them. Then they offer the package saying it’s $500 and every time you say no they lower the price until you want to say yes. I kept saying no and then they brought my new born in saying that it’s her first pictures how am gonna get rid of them and not get none. I said no 15 times. I asked if there was a way to pay when the pictures are there for pickup or another way and they said if you don’t buy right now they get erased. Bad customer service

Always a great experience, Andrae Michael's is the only place I have my photos and portraits taken, I had my first set of photos taken back in 2007 and have been back at least every other year since then they have great photographers, excellent backgrounds and editing skills, I have never not been pleased with my experience there or photos and portraits. The staff here treated us like family as soon as we walked in the door. Very professional and courteous throughout our whole experience. Photo package prices were very reasonable. We were not forced or persuaded into buying any pictures or packages. They laid out every option and let us take our time to choose. Very patient, especially when our sassy 2 year old wanted nothing to do with pictures that day. McKenzie took her time and was able to get great photos of all of us.

The young lady was very nice; however we were trying to get there on time and we did, but we still had to wait for about 45 minutes. The young lady kept apologizing but when we got there no one came out to greet us or even say that they were running behind for about 20 minutes and they only vane out because someone came to pick up their pics and after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come out, she walked back there to get someone. The pics were good but the price was way more than we had ever paid for family photos. So we only got the one pose with the promotion that we'd paid for in advance.

When we arrived, they said we had an appointment at 2:45 P.M, then we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our pictures taken. After that we had to wait another 45 minutes to see out photos when they said it would only take 5. To add on, be careful when you pay for your photo because the person that attended us was a really manipulative person and would make us feel bad when we did not buy the deal they wanted us to buy. Finally, the photos are way too expensive for what they offer.
