Very disappointed. Small studio that seems understaffed. We waited 45 min past our appointment. The photagrapher seemed untrained. The pictures were very poor quality lots of shadows on faces. Poses were strange some of my children were so far away it didnt feel as if they were part of the picture. Then I was taken in the back and they tried to sell me over priced packages of them starting at $750. I paid $55 in the end for 4 sheets. This included the $20 I gave the guy at the mall that baited us for a 3 sheet package the $10 sitting fee and 1 extra sheet for $25. After all the time and effort to get a family ready for pictures I didn't want to leave empty handed.I have to wait 4 weeks to get my pictures and drive 20 miles again just to pick them up. Save your money pay a private photographer or go to potrait innovations.
