We were excited to get our doob in time for our wedding. We made an appointment at the location on Melrose in LA. A couple walked in before us with no appointment so we had to wait until they were done, fifteen minutes later than our appointment. No big deal. However, the young girl who helped us wasn't trained very well so the whole ordeal was confusing. We got into the 360 booth, asked questions and got unclear answers about how we were supposed to stand, where we were supposed to stand and where we were supposed to look-- this was a big one because when we got our doob, my husband and I are looking in two different directions. They take a picture and apparently choose for you what picture your doob will be made from. The picture they chose for us was exactly the pic we told them we DID NOT want to use. We know this because my eyes weren't fully open and there was a shadow on my face so when we got the doob, it looked like I had one grey half-closed eye and there was a glob on my cheek. We called and said we were unhappy with the doob so they said they would help fix it. However, they apparently don't keep any of the pictures they take in the booth, except for the one they chose, which for us was the wrong photo. They sent us another doob. My eye was less grey but my cheek still looks like a glob on my face. I think they just lightened the one we sent back instead of making another one. Not happy with the overall experience: service, result or product. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because my husband looks ok. For the price of this novelty, we should have had a better result. Not worth the time or money.
