This office literally has zero competency!!!! Ordered photos online but yet they like to blame the teachers and student for not bringing them to get their photos done - after the class pictures were completed. Obviously the Lifetouch staff at Little Rock, AR are clueless and incompetent because they should have already been notified who paid for individual pictures! No school pictures of my kids this year for our family or the yearbook. Fantastic! And when I talked to them...only an insincere “sorry” and an oh well. Complete and epic fail!

Unwilling to make it right after they told me they could reschedule our time and then cancelled the day before the promised date. We went to a different company and will not return to lifetouch in the future. Very poor customer service at this location.

When we recently lost my nephew, Lifetouch has been superb in assisting us in getting digital copies of his photos and everyone I have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help us. They truly made it a difficult situation easier. I do not have the words to adequately express my gratitude to them.

Ordered my sons photo package online last night. The receipt specifically said he did not need to bring a printout of the receipt as proof. They showed up today and did not take his picture.
