My high school hired y'all for my Senior prom. I got the big RED dress of my dreams, but when the pictures came back, my dress was edited to a light pink. Don't know why I spent $80 to have a picture of the wrong dress, but thankfully my mom took some good pictures that I had printed & framed. This was 4 years ago, but I'm still SALTY

Incredibly over-priced. I even discussed with them that I could have gotten everything for less than 1/2 the price I paid if I had just ordered the digital copies. I also don't understand paying that much money just to have to cut all of the pictures yourself. I specifically ordered through them so that I would not have to cut my pictures myself as they are graduation and professional photos, which you want to look professional not crooked because you cut them yourself. They should explain that you must cut them yourself on their website when you order. I think the price should be MUCH cheaper. They also forgot to send me some of my items; I did have to call back twice before they actually sent them out to me. I did eventually receive all of my items ordered, but it was a pretty frustrating process. Some of the corners were bent, and I told the gentleman I spoke with about them being bent; his resolution was just to tell me that they'll be fine once they are in a frame. I really was not a fan of that response since the edges were bent because of the way they choose to ship pictures. They made it seem like they are not very concerned about customer satisfaction, which is pretty unfortunate. I will say that at the photo shoot, both photographers were very pleasant, and I did like the way the photos turned out.

This studio is by far the best in the valley. They were the first people we called and instantly I knew they were the studio for us. We used their online special but ended up leaving the studio with more portraits than what we were expecting (in a very good way). I just picked up the prints today and they are of the highest quality (and believe me I've gone to a ton of studios). I'm staying with Duke! Me and my family will go no where else.

My daughter had a 5:00 appointment this evening to have her yearbook photo taken, as did several other classmates. When they arrived, they were told that there was no camera available. She questioned how that could be when she had an appointment, and also advised that she had driven a long way to get there (over a 50 mi roundtrip to be exact), and only received a look of "oh well" in response. Additionally, and ironically, when she exited the freeway on the way to her non-existent 5:00 appt., there was a guy who was "texting while driving" a Duke company van (he was exiting the freeway at the same time that she was). Other users have commented on similar situations. I hope that Duke does not think that this type of behavior is appropriate or acceptable. I will not be giving Duke Photography any more of my business.

I used Duke Photography for my dance team and cheerleaders that I coach at a Valley high school. I was SO very impressed with the photographer's expertise and professionalism. I used another company last year and wasn't very happy with the final product. This year, however, I LOVED how the girls' team pictures turned out. The photos looked fantastic and were very well edited. I will 100% be using Duke moving forward. Thank you, Duke Photography! - Heidi W.

Prices are a joke! The packages for picture-day are so absurdly wasteful, and if i want to build my own package i have to pay the same price for less than 1/4 of the pictures. I only want 4 pictures... If i get the package that has the 4 pictures i want its 28 but i get 19 other pictures i don't want. If i buy only the 4 as a build my own package its 30. So I'm paying them more not to spend the money on printing pictures? Of course the 28 dollar package is their most popular one it has the 4 or 6 pictures families want, then we get the other 17 or 19 that go to waste. The only way they have stayed in business for so long is they have a monopoly with the schools so you cant go to someone better. I wonder who they paid or what they did to get that deal? Set up a new 10 dollar budget package with (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7, and (1) class picture, and lets see how long it takes to be the new most popular. Or add a CD for 1 dollar (since you can buy them 100 for $10 at the store), not $20 for 1. *** correction *** they make you buy a package only. the build your own package is their way of saying Add-Ons once you bought a package not in replace of.

These amazing people saved my life. I had a show I needed to hang some photos for. The previous shop did not have them ready in time and I was getting desperate. Duke doesn't print for people but this week they made and exception and it saved my life a ton. Sure, I had to pay a high price for this but in the long run, it was worth it. I'm glad I got to work for them for a brief amount of them. Polite, professional and caring. I would recommend them for your next photo need.

I was calling and asking you for my son's picture that you took on February, the lady told me that I will receive by mail, she told me this on April 18 and I'm still waiting for it. What is happening? I already paid for that picture. My son ask me everyday for the picture. I hope you can resolve this soon.

I took my family here and had an fantastic experience. We used the online special from their facebook and it was more than we hoped for. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. We went to an amateur last year and although the price was affordable, the pictures looked washed out and cheap. Not here though. Everyone is so jealous we have such awesome pictures hahaha. I say, don't be jealous, just go to Duke. Special thank you to Karen who took care of us! You were great as well.

Photographs came out great, photographers are very pleasant, pricing was good but the outfits for the high schoolers to put on which are just costume were extremely dirty and it was kind of a surprise. I had my high school pics at Duke when I was young I don't recall the upkeep being so poor.

It's been four months since I ordered digital copies, I've called twice and emailed three times. I have yet to hear back or receive my copies of my graduation pictures. At this point, since I've graduated a month ago, its pointless....

My daughter had her 8th grade promotion pictures taken at school. Although I thought they looked nice, she was not happy. I called Duke and they were very accommodating with regards to the retake. When we arrived everyone was very friendly and Dave, the photographer was excellent. He took the time to make sure my daughter was happy with the picture. I will definitely be back and I would recommend Duke to anyone who needs excellent photos taken.

Recently had our family photos done at Duke Photography Tempe and I couldn't be more pleased! They turned out beautifully (I have a very busy 3 yr old), so professional and our photographer Katie was great! She took the time needed with us, didn't make us feel rushed, paid attention to detail and took some amazing pictures. Everyone at the studio was such a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be giving them my business again. Horrible place they lost my money that i payed for her my kids school pictures. They tried to blame the school had me going back and forth . they dont take responsability for theyre mistakes. Still had to wait 2 weeks to get my pictures. And then they didnt give me the package i ordered so i had to wait 1 hour and then they didnt wanna give me the class picture saying the teacher got them so i called the school and they said everyone had received them with theyre pictures. And after 2 weeks and 1 hour in the duke place i got the rest of my pictures . i was told by the school i wasnt the only parent with this problem many others didnt get all of there pictures or simply didnt get any at all. very poor service if u call over the phone. By the way the lady that sits in an office inside the room next to the recetionist extremely rude and unapologetic .
