The store was incredibly busy, but the staff helped me readily, never allowing the chaotic atmosphere to affect their attitudes. I found several obscure items that I had been searching other places for, all in one store, and I spent less than I had expected to. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Always go the day before a holiday everything is 60% off on other days make sure you have the app downloaded cause you'll save a little money. I wish they sold fabric in the store like another particular store does, but I understand it. The staff is accommodating, but it seems you have to go to the check out to get any questions answered, they could use a few more people on the sales floor. But other than that it's pretty quiet during some times of the day other times it's a makers frenzy!

I have a passion for art and i can tell you, this place is OKAY. There isnt much variety, pricy, but the ppl who work there are kind and patient. On the bottom of the receipt it says something like 50% off your next purchase but the thing is it expires the next WEEK, and being a socially awkward person, i dont use it because i only go there like once every three weeks.

It is great. The only thing I ask a guy that works there about a product that they have carried for years. He told me they did not have them. I found them on my own. Next time he needs to ask another employee if they have them and not have me running all over the store looking for them. Not the greatest customer service.

The worker here are bored n harasses you if your inside for more then 15mins...like excuse me but I came in to find something to keep busy...to o with my kids and partly to relax...I dont want to talk to anyone if I needed help I would have said so the 1st time u asked if u get no 5 times u think they would leave you alone but no they done get the hint....I ended up leaving with stuff I don't even need jus so they would leave me alone

Subpar customer service, aisles are smaller than regulation requires and the customers make you feel it. Rude customers seem to flock to this crafting store, making the lack of walking space more unbearable. Moms with their kids and single, aging client base make it hard to go here. Even when considering they have affordable art and craft supplies, I find myself making excuses as to why I don't need what only Michael's has to offee.

I love this store. Everytime i come in i am inspired by everything to make so many fun crafts & projects. I love DIYs and Upcycling things and this store never lets me down. I can spend an hr in here and still not be able to look at evetything. They have coupons online and in emails but i never use them cuz in forgetful and since the prices are so amazing and sales are alwayd going on i never mind. They also offer classes for those interested. And they have professional framing too.

I dont even want to give them one star they were rude and stalked me thru the whole store making mw feel uncomfortable they didnt ask if i needed help or if I was finding everything okey they just make me feel lile I was doing something wrong by shopping for pens and coloring book they even went thru my McDonalds bag I asked them if they had a trash n they actually shook the trash bag than opened it like I was stealing soemthing. As soon as I walked I'm the door They followed me but didn't watch these one kids that were actually stealing one works was right next to the boys who stole n did it in front of them n the works didnt nothing but follow me I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE I SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THERE AT LEAST 1 TO 2 TIMES A MONTH BUT NOT ANYMORE. EMPLOYMENTS AT MICHAELS IN MT VIEW LEARN TO ACTUALLY DO UR JOB.

I love how Michaels and the craft store across the street seem to work together. What one store does not have, the other store will carry. Michaels has a wonderful layout that makes a lot of sense once you figure out where everything is, with clean east to navigate aisles.
