I came in today to relay some information to a pharmacist that was not in at the time, and Erica was she stopped what she was doing came to the front to listen to me about an ear issue. Now she knew that I was not going to buy anything today, but I could tell she cared and was the reason she came closer to hear about my issue and give some advice as well. This type of customer service is rare in today's market I feel and I felt good again with my experience at Ridley's Pharmacy. We shop for food at Ridley's and for our prescriptions needs and could not be treated better by all of the Ridley's people. But I want to thank Erica for the service level she brings to the pharmacy and Raj as well. You should also shop here! Thanks again for your caring. Mike

The pharmacist is always helpful but the support staff (Max) is terrible. I spent 10 minutes listening to him describe his Christmas to a patron. Some of us have places to be. Or we are in pain. Please leave your chit chat to the coffee shop after hours
