Pharmacist Brett Kvenild is a super hero who went well out of his way to help us when we discovered we’d left a vital medication back in Seattle. I called Pole Mountain Pharmacy to explain our problem and when I told Kvenild we’d be driving through Laramie, he said, “yep, let me get after it,” and took care of the rest. Seriously, I didn’t have to do a thing. Give this man an award for customer service!

Absolutely the only place in town to go for your pharmacy needs. An independent pharmacists is worth their weight in gold. Great and caring service, the staff appear happy and are really pleasant, the pharmacist is caring and attentive and the owner sets a wonderful tone. Great customer service! After many bad experiences at Safeway it's been a marvelous change. There have been a few times they haven't had the prescription my doctor called in and they call me before I'm even leaving the parking lot from the doctors appointment and let me know when it will get there. Definitely needed a place like this is Laramie.

Very fast, thorough service. Much better than Walgreens. The pharmacist took the time to go over my medications with me and make sure I didn't have questions. I love getting that personal touch that you can only get at a local pharmacy! I like that they have a selection of local products too - I spotted some Laramie Soap Company items on their shelves.
