Doctors 5/5 stars Dentist 5/5 stars Pharmacy 5/5 stars Front desk 5/5 stars Everything here is amazing besides the prescription refill lady Dolores? Doris? She's an older lady in her 60s? Idk what her exact job title is but she is awful! She has denied medicine my doctor has prescribed? The prescriptions aren't even narcotics. Apparently Dolores knows better then the doctors. I have to make arrangements with my doctor just to avoid her. I genuinely think she wakes up in the morning and thinks to herself, "How can I ruin someone's day today?" She clearly has some power/authority issues! Somebody so power hungry should never be placed in that type of position. She acts like she is better then everyone. I guess it's who you know not what you know. If Dolores leaves I'll give this place 5 stars

Friendly staff. They are a little bit too busy which causes delays with scheduling visits and follow ups. You should also be pro active about referrals and insurance billing.

I had no income but needed help with some medical issue. The Doctor Kate W. is who I saw and she was extremely nice and did the best should could to help me. The doctors all seem to be a bit new but they are really nice and do the best they can with what they have. When you are in a pill they will help you. They were able to get what I needed and I am so great full to those who had donated the meds I needed!

I have relatives who have been patients here for a few years and they have received amazing care from all people. The vision of this place is amazing and it is a blessing to have such caring people actually wanting to help people. If it wasn't for this clinic my relatives wouldn't be on the medications necessary to survive! The reason for only 3 stars was after an experience this week. My relative was being taken back to their appointment and we witnessed a member of their management I am assuming, being unbelievably disrespectful to one of the gals who schedules and answers phones. It was frustrating for us as everyone was having to maneuver their way around the situation that was right by the door where we get weighed. I have never witnessed something like this and it is disheartening to know this is how their staff is treated. I hope that who ever the big wig is sees this and gets rid of this person. I felt so sorry for the young lady.

Great place to get healthcare without insurance or at a lower cost. They will work with you to and base your rate off income. Great for students, and people struggling, but also for anyone looking for good healthcare at a lower cost.

The refill line is a joke. You can never reach anyone and when you do they typically tell you the standard time it takes"should" them (24-72 hours) however each time it took about a week! Calling them gets you to their voicemail (which they do not check daily). I will attempt to just show up in person tomorrow-lets see how that goes.

Nurses think they're above & better than everyone that comes in. Just because you went to college, doesn't mean you're intelligent, or have common sense. Bathrooms are disgusting! No one picks up, bathrooms, or waiting areas. I'd rather sit on a gas station toilet, after Ron Jeremy pissed all over it! Lazy employees! If there's any place worse than the hospital ER, this is it!

I like this place. It really helps with my low income. I'm 22 and most people treat me like a stupid kid even though I pay all my own bills and have my own insurance. Health Works always treats me with respect and listens to me. I know what I'm feeling, and they actually listen. I like it a lot.

I have family who has been going here for years. We have never had a bad experience until here the last couple months, more so this past week. It seems like since they added the second building the girls they put to do the sliding fee have become people i wish i didnt have to work with. The mexican girl with the Blonde/orangeish hair is absolutely unprofessional and just rude. I am very patient and in this situation i remained calm and respectful. We tried to explain our situation and wanted to know what we needed for their sliding fee and she consistently interrupted me and wouldnt answer my question. The only reason i came in person is because my mom works directly with her and we had left her numerous messages on her personal voice mail to call back because we had specific questions and have yet to get a call back. It seemed like she didnt want to help me at all but another family walked in she told me to wait and then turned around and helped them talking in spanish but when they came in they were all talking clear as day English. I was appauled! Not only is what she did unprofessional it is horribly uncomfortable especially after she told me to just come back when i figure out what i need. The whole reason i was there was to ask her what i needed! Also, her and her coworker should know that sitting in your office giggling and talking in spanish when there are 3 different english speaking families waiting for a while is very unprofessional. We will continue to come as we love the clinic, pharmacy, and front desk girls. My suggestion is the intake girls need some serious training on good customer service, so saddening that people like this are representing such a needed facility for our community. I pray no one else has had this unfortunate experience.

Along time ago this place was awesome. Now they just want you to see you suffer and NOT help you!!! This place isn't what it use to be. It's a joke. The HR won't do nothing for you. The Dr's won't do nothing for you. As for the dentist they make sure you are not ever going to see them. The pharmacy I would give 5 stars.

I had an appointment this morning at 9 am, I called from 8 am until 930 am to find out what other documentation I could bring in and for the first hour of calls I kept receiving a "Our office is closed, call back during regular hours." Which then lists off 8 pm to 6 pm as regular office hours. I have left 2 messages to be called back and still no response. It is now 10:17am. I work with food and because of this tonsillitis, possibly strep, I CANNOT be around food yet I need a Doctors Note or I'll lose my job. Your clinic is a joke. I have had nothing but problems when it comes to scheduling appointments and trying to contact the staff afterwards for answers to questions.

The last time I received treatment here was a couple years ago with the dentist Dr Tobin. She was awesome and so caring and wanted to help. I went today and just paid $40 for the dentist (different dentist) to tell me I need a root canal and its going to be $2,000.00. I feel like I need a second opinion and surely didnt feel like that is helpful being that I dont have dental insurance and my income DEFINITELY doesn't reflect that I can afford that!!!! Very wham bam thank you, your out type of feeling that I left with....wondering if Im even going to be able to fix my tooth!?

Has a lot to offer to people that do not have much and can't afford much. Their prices are not to high even if you have an income. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. Doc Patrick is awesome as well.

I received an allergy shot the last time I was in. It wasn't entered into my chart and this time that I went in they didn't know what to give me. They need to make sure that all their patients charts are up to date as if there is a reaction the hospital will know what was given and what to do.

Because this facility deals with low income clients,they don't treat you with respect.They are down right out RUDE & treat clients like their health is not a priority.Everyone that works here needs an attitude check.I was even threatened that my high blood pressure meds would not be cleared at my pharmacy if I did not succumb to her command.Also note that I had been trying for 4 days by phone to get my prescription cleared.SMH!!!The future of this place is looking gloom according to the reviews.I see a lot of apologies by the owner but still nothing ever changes.

Very Good. The staff is great. The staff are bright n Cheery. I must say.. the dental program is great. I have to have my upper teeth removed a few at a time. N Dr Tobin is very gentle even on the hard to remove teeth. N Laurel her assistant is also great. So the experience from the time you walk in the door to when you leave is a good one. Thanks Health works for being so accommodating. It makes it so much easier to go to the doctor.

What's the point of being sent to specialty clinics, given a sliding scale fee just to go to the hospital and be told you have to pay a 180 dollar deposit before seeing Rheumatologist? I was told I have to apply for charity care through the billing dept. I was given sliding scale fees for specific services though healtworks just to be told they are not connected to healhworks any longer. What's the point of affordable healthcare if I'm being billed 600 dollars for blood work? I need healthcare but I'm uninsured and not eligible for Medicaid. What else is there for people like me? I suffer from lupus and cannot afford to pay for private insurance and have been denied Medicaid.

If I could leave one star I would. I cannot stand this place. Every time I call in a prescription refill it takes this place a week or more to prepare my script. They have a refill line but they literally never use it. 4 different times I have called in and left the necessary information and they have never called me back. Every time I have to call multiple times to resolve a simple issue of printing a script and signing it. I have also been passed around to 4 different doctors/ nurse practitioners because they can't keep their employees. I have a prescription I have used for many years and since I moved to this office, I have had to meet with four different medical professionals to continue to get my scripts. I have to pay a copay every time to sit in an exam room for 20-30 minutes, only to have someone come in and talk to me for less than 5 minutes in order to get me my script. This place is an absolute joke. I know its on the south side but that shouldn't affect the service they provide. I am not just an angry idiot, I am a teacher with a master's degree. I am not just some whiny bum without a job, and honestly, I would rather go anywhere but here. This place is a joke, stay away.

worst care ever they have refused me proper care and help with the control and regulation of my very high glucose levels I never seen a doctor only some nurse to which told me to not come in unless it was an emergency well i think an infected toe on a diabetic is a must see A.S.A.P reason to see now they refused me an appointment to be seen asap so i ended up in the ER I called for an appointment to see them about my glucose levels we around 500 they couldn't see me for more than a weak i tried to get help with my painfully rotting teeth to no avail i was told i will be called to schedule for a foot doctor never happened same with eye doctor I decided before they kill me to find care else where HOW this place gets a 3 star revue is beyond me 2 out of 6 hate it
