I have 1 person I like in this place and thats my doctor. I hate talking to anyone but her. front desk doesnt answer phones. when you leave a voicemail no one calla back. the pharmacy side isnt bad. but the actual clinic, up until I see my doctor. is absolutly a terrible expereince. literrally the only reason I come back is my doctor is very caring and helpful.

The quality of care at this facility has declined on a fast track since Dr.Hagemeyer ended his practice.The nurses have become laxed & unconcerned.When you try to reach them by phone,you will ALWAYS get an answering machine & then they're too lazy to even return your phone call.I predict that if someone doesn't come and take charge soon,Healthworks will be closing their doors.I hope & pray that none of my taxpayers money is provided to this place to fund it.If so;then The Federal Government needs to zoom in on this place.And to boot...last Sat.Aug.19,2017,they supposedly gave a neighborhood BBQ in reference to their patients but the event shut down 2 hrs early. So much for showing your appreciation to your patients that you "pretend" to care for.And wonder who's house all them hotdogs,hamburgers & soda pop went to.

This place is great. Friendly and welcoming pharmacy. They have a sliding fee scale if you need it. Also take my insurance.
