Never come here unless it's minor and keep all of your receipt and payments. The billing lady in casper would not answer my questions. She would go every other direction. They have my credit card payments on file. But for my cash payments, don't see a receipt anywhere. Billing lady couldn't tell me exactly how much I owe. Does not know how much insurance paid. They are a rip off and money theirs. Don't go unless you have no money, need to be seen right away and if u make payments, use credit cards and keep all receipts.

My wife was going in regularly for several health issues. When it comes to billing...omg! She would go in for an appt and be told her account had credit and asked if she wanted to use it. Well of course! Next time they would say she owed money!. They did this for about 2 months. At the time we were also on the sliding fee as I had been laid off. On top of that their billing statements were confusing. Now they have sent us to collection (after we have managed to stay out of collection for 3 years!) but then send us a billing statement with a $0 balance! So how are we in collection? In addition we think they may be trying to charge us now full amount for bills while we were on sliding fee. I have tried calling to make an appt to talk to someone but they never answer and don't return my calls when I leave a message. If they don't contact us soon to straighten this out I guess it will be time to find an attorney! Medical staff is great but because of billing dept I don't even want to give them 1 star!

My wife and I had a very negative experience at this clinic. Firstly, my wife was called back to be seen and still waited 45 minutes until the doctor came to see her. The nurse was also very rude to my wife. She asked if my wife had a fever. My wife then responded that she had a fever Tuesday and was about to say that she didn’t have one today. The nurse interrupted her and rudely stated “please just answer yes or no”. There were multiple other negative aspects of our experience. I can’t recommend this clinic to anyone. The only positive part of our experience was that the two women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

My son was taken into the ER the day before for fever and ear pain. While at the ER he was treated with pain medications and given an oral antibiotic for his ear pain but they never actually looked in his ear. Within hours of getting home he was crying again about the pain in his ear and then I also noticed a liquid dripping out of his ear. I took him into the quick care at community health the next day. Needless to say after getting several needle sticks my son was extremely anxious at the sight of another doctor. Travis the PA there was very comforting to my son and really took the time to reassure him. He diagnosed him with an external ear infection and started treatment right away with an ear drop and washed his ear. He did a great job of explaining what was going on and truly caring. Amazingly we left with a smile. My son is now feeling much better. I highly recommend you go to the quick care if you are sick or have a sick child.

Their billing process is atrocious, you can't actually combine your family members into one account it is a lie. They are all separate and billed separately. They do NOT actually work with you on payments and send you to collections at the first opportunity. The service itself is subpar. The only reason I have to go over there now is to make payments and the WIC office is there now.

Clinic in Riverton is about as slip shod as they get. Was left waiting for the lab tech for over an hour on two separate occasions. Last time I was in, it took three phone calls back to them to get the renewal of my blood pressure meds done correctly. More trouble than they are worth. Will not discuss lab or other test results over the phone. Another office call is required. Never call back, in fact. Highly unprofessional from top to bottom.

Awful experience! Never received my testing results and billing is a joke. Was seen in June, got the bill in July, paid bill in full in July, keep getting statements. After each statment that has been sent to me I have contacted them. Every answer was, "this will be taken care of". The "final notice" showed up today, and all I got was, "we're so sorry and apologize for any inconvenience". So after multiple calls, needless to say it's probably not going to be done. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

I love that this place is available to serve the community. There is a wealth of resources here, all in one convenient location. There are imaging services, mental health counseling, an urgent care clinic, family practitioners and a pharmacy. You even have a dental clinic and WIC services there too! It's so convenient for lower income people in the community who struggle with transportation needs - they can get just about anything they need right here . The quality of the care you'll receive here is excellent as well!

I needed a drug test for my new job so I called them to see if I needed an appointment. I was told no so I chose this place to get it done. I went here to get it done at 3:55pm and was told to wait so the receptionist could ask the occupational nurse if I needed an appointment. I sat there for 40 minutes just to be turned away. I had 25 minutes to figure out how I was going to be able to pick a different drug screen place and get to the new place before they closed at 5. I will never go to this place again.

I have been trying to get a hold of their billing Department in regards to my daughters dental bill. Come to find out that they had not filed a claim for cleanings and x-rays with my dental insurance since 2012 for my daughter.The first one they ever filed was in October 2015 for a cleaning done in February 2015. My other daughters, who also went there for cleaning etc., had no issues with their claims being filed and being paid. Now they turned my bill over to collections, even though they get a pre authorization from my insurance that the service will be covered. They failed to file the claims with my insurance, which THEY offered to do, and I am the one who gets turned over to collections. The lady on the phone, which I talked to over 2 weeks ago, stated that they could TRY to file the claims now, however, if they do not get covered, they could offer me a discount. Excuse me? You had all of the information to file the claim and failed to do so. I think this is a bunch of BS. Over two weeks later, I am still waiting on a return phone call in regards to the claims. I just called again today and had to leave a message. Not satisfied at all!

The dentist office in this building is amazing the staff rock, best dentist I've ever been to, I drive two hours just to go there, so kind so caring, all around best experience and they can work with you. Love this place.

HORRIBLE!!! WES MIRRIS is vindictive. Do not go, if at all possible to go to somewhere else.. I received my medication without issue for the first three or so months that I was seeing them without any issue. I was asked to take a UA every time because I had lived in Colorado and was on medical marijuana. I was fine with it as long as I had received my medication. Unbeknownst to me I made the grave mistake of having a different opinion then that of WES MORRIS and told him I didn't see anything wrong with medical marijuana. Because of that he refused to treat me even though I was willing to take the UA. I went through severe withdrawals and was forced to go to the hospital. After researching I found that he could have caused me seizures and other medical complications. Don't dare speak your mind with them. I've never been treated so badly by a doctor in my 33 years. If there are any lawyers out there willing to help please contact me.

Be prepared to pay through the nose. I had one new patient OB appointment. Community health center charged over $800. They offered me a $107 discount if I paid in full. I will say the staff was courteous and kind one nurse in particular was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have no complaints about the doctor. I just never imagined that I would nearly meet my insurance deductible after One appointment. I have since moved to another practice. I won't be going back there for ANY service unless absolutely necessary. Thankfully there are more options in Casper now.

Don't expect to get any painkillers if you go to a dentist at CHCC. I had a difficult molar extraction which resulted in a dry pocket and severe pain. I went back 4 days later without an appointment. They did see me and packed a gel into the socket and that was it. I was in moderate to moderately severe pain and they said they do not prescribe opiates. The dentist told me he doesn't even have a license to prescribe opiates. Now I'm well aware of the opiate epidemic in this country but there is a time and a place where opiates should be prescribed and a dentist office is one of them. I was only looking for a 5 day supply of Vicodin but they didn't even want to talk about it. Another thing is they don't even have an on-call doctor if you have problems after a procedure. You have to go to the Quick Care Clinic or the emergency room if it's Sunday. if I were you I would look for a private dentist.

Had a great experience seeing Dr. Long for both women's health and family health. She is easily the best doctor I've ever had, actively listening to me and ensuring I receive proper treatment. The receptionists (other than the guy at the welcome desk, who is super cool and nice) are kind of rude, but you won't deal with them too much, so it's not a huge deal. The doctors themselves are very kind and attentive. Plus, they offer so many sliding scale and low-income options - this place is a great resource. Highly recommend.

No more having to go to a million doctors for me. I came here for a primary doctor and I have never felt more secure about my physical and mental health. I have had issues with this company from the start. They didn't acknowledge the fact that i had a secondary insurance throughout my entire pregnancy that would cover the entire bill. They don't ever answer the phone so i can take care of said billing issue because of this they are trying to charge me over $500 that I shouldn't have to pay because of their shear lack of response throughout this entire thing. Now i am dealing with a pending threat of collections because all they needed to do was answer their phones. Not to mention when i got out of the hospital after my Cesarean on Saturday August 21, 2014 I couldn't get any prescriptions because against my talking to them they still sent them to their pharmacy that is CLOSED on the weekends so i had to wait until the following Monday to pick them up to get rid of my pain and infection.

Worst therapist I've ever seen. I've had many counselors over the years but none as bad as this. I have severe concentration, focus, and attention issues. Twice the therapist "forgot" to get the questionnaire for ADD that I wanted to take. I had three sessions (my minimum for determining if a counselor is worth it or not) and we accomplished almost nothing, certainly not getting me closer to real treatment. We made a foo-foo "treatment plan" and then the therapist said, "Have you ever tried just focusing?" Literally that's why I was there, to get HELP FOCUSING. When I told the receptionist about my experience, they said they wouldn't let me transfer to another person. And their ONE psychiatric nurse practitioner had no openings, so there was no way for literally anyone in this entire building to help me with my problem. What a complete waste of time and money. I am actually worse off now than when I started.

I have taken friends and family to community health and they are always great to deal with. They seem to really care about what they are doing and who they are helping. The staff are usually very courteous and helpful from the reception desk up to the docs themselves.

I am writing this review to hopefully save someone a lot of money and stress! I have received services from the quick care, women's health and dental in this facility and was displeased with every single visit. My first issue was with quick care when I went in for frequent headaches and the PA I saw Travis literally googled my symptoms right in front of me and diagnosed me with tension headaches. I had been to the quick care many times before this and had average service but this turned me away. I then went in to get a cleaning from their dental and ended up needing 2 cavities filled. I went back in and the dentist ended up drilling one of my back teeth to close to the root and told me that when my mouth woke up I may be in a lot of pain and that I need reffered to get a root canal. My third and FINAL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE was women's care. I went in for an annual checkup with Dr. Harnetty, I originally saw Dr. Bell but she was full. At the start of my appointment I originally scheduled an annual exam because I needed to refill my birth control when I was taken back they asked me questions about my pill and then when Dr. Harnetty came in he told me he wanted to take me off of my current pill and switch me because it was all estrogen no progesterone and he believed I needed something with both. Also, since I had never had a pap he wanted to do that as well that day along with blood work. I made sure that it would still be coded as an annual because my insurance covers it and if not I would come in another day just for that. He assured me it would still be an annual and so he sent me down for blood work and wanted to schedule an ultrasound to look at my ovaries because he could see Cysts. He did tell me that would probably not be covered under my insurance but I agreed. I then received a bill about 4 months later for over $1,000 because Dr. Harnetty noted that I came in with problems with my birth control and pain which I never said when I scheduled the appointment and was not true so my insurance did not pay. I called and fought them on the coding and they passed me around and gave me the run around. I then spoke with Leslie and she asked me to come in to talk about my bill, we set up a time and she told me it was a mess and she would have it resubmitted and they would write off what they could. I had not received another bill but started receiving collection letters. Of course this had me HOT! I called and asked to speak with Leslie and left her several messages and would never get a call back. I went in 2 more times to try and catch her and was told she couldn't help me and wasn't there. I then asked around about legalities and attorneys and got a hold of information on how to get a hold of the CEO of the facility and then when I threatened that to be my next move they finally transferred me to a wonderful gal named Debbie in April of this year (my bill was now over a year old) who took my case on and worked with my insurance, fixed all the coding and notes and took me out of collection status and always called me with updates and returned my calls in a timely manner. She was a godsend even though I would still NEVER RECOMMEND THEM not even to my worst enemy.

MEDICAL CENTER, They have A family practice, a Urgent Care walk-In, LAB DEPARTMENT, Behavior Health, Womans Care, Dental, Pharmacy and WIC. They work on a slide scale and most of all there are plenty of other added benefits there for the asking.
