This is our neighborhood store and when I went there today to buy some cake, after when I was leaving an employee ran after me and accused me for not paying for it. This was very embarrassing and since I was in a hurry I didn’t even grab the receipt. The employee checked and said he didn’t find the receipt. Later another employee came out with the receipt. So I wish that next time they would keep track of their sales and not make accusations about their customers. It was very embarrassing and I don’t want to deal with this again.

I've walked outta this place unhappy way too many times. High prices and always seem to be picked over. Good for frozen pizza and ice cream, that's about it. Better off driving elsewhere.

Prices are a bit higher than Woodman's but selection is decent enough. Fruit and veggies always good quality. Can be lines at times as there's often only 2 registers open but self checkout is always available if you've only got a few things.

Please rethink self-checkouts! Between trying to look up cantaloupe (or is it under melon?) and convincing the technology that I did indeed place the item in the bag, the process was horribly frustrating. The other choice was a long wait for the one (hard-working) cashier. It took longer to checkout than to shop. :(

It doesn't have a large variety of different things due to the smaller size than average grocery stores. It's great for a quick stop or weekly restocking of common things. They often have good deals on meats as well.

Possibly the worst store ever since Kroger made the purchase. They take away all normal brand items, hike up the prices and staff it with completely dysfunctional employees. 12 years we have shopped here, knowing full well it was cheaper down the street yet wanting to support the local economy. Now we can't even get what we eat, pay way over the norm and we are serviced at check out by people who can barely speak much less work. Just go somewhere else. A total joke. No Kroger, a gift card won't make me change my review, so don't bother with the offer.

Only reason anyone goes here is it's the only place we have in town. I only go there for the occasional chicken dinner or the big ice mountain water jugs. Their prices are absolutely awful and their pickings are slim. Gives a nice example of the irony in their name. The employees aren't of any help, the few times I've actually needed help it turned into "I don't know where it is", then I'm left to find it myself. I go out of my way to go to Hyvee or Woodman's (and I hate Woodman's) just to avoid this place.

This market is getting better and better, though I'd like to see even more organic products (like salsa) on the shelves. I like the wide aisles, especially because I need to use the electric carts. And I greatly appreciate the availability of these carts and the fact that they are always charged and in good condition.

The staff have always been very friendly and willing to help. The product selection isn't always the greatest especially with produce. Very limited organic produce as well as a lot of times I have gone in, produce is getting old. I would love to see a damaged or imperfect produce section as I would be willing to buy some of the older produce if it was discounted but there is no way I would be willing to pay full price for the damaged or old produce that is on the shelves.

Same story every time I go in to this Pick'n Save... long lines and not enough cash registers open, not to mention no self-check outs (I mean, come on, its 2014 for crying out loud..) Quite frequently there seems to be employees standing around not knowing what to do or 2 baggers per cashier, and then I have to wait in line 7 minutes just to buy a gallon of milk and a package of ground beef. I tend to avoid this Pick'n Save whenever possible, but it is the closest grocery store to my apartment.

They did a great job on a custom made cookie cake for me. Only problem was it didn't have a price tag when I went to check out and the night staff wasn't sure how to ring it up! They probably charged only 1/3 to 1/2 the price, which was nice. The staff is mostly young people, but everyone is very nice and as helpful as they can be. Been going there about 3.5 years now.

This location needs some serious attention from management. On top of needing some serious structural updating (the freezers need some tlc), the selection is fairly limited, the staff are composed largely of high-school aged kids and the majority of them care more about socializing/ gossiping about school and other friends over doing their actual jobs; this seems to possibly contribute to the sparse stocking of items and so for a quick go to it’s an alright store but don’t go there counting on the guarantee of finding something.

Need to have leaders for the young cashiers. I think they would benefit having older more experienced people out on the floor with them to guide them and make sure they aren't gossiping in front of customers, being unprofessional, and being a little more considerate of the customer and their needs.

Many thanks to the Pick'n Save Customer Service Representative " Chrystal " as to the following GOOD DEED, in favour of their Valued Senior Citizen Customer "Delxxxx". Incident : - "D" shopped within the last hour and walked home. My grandson stopped by to deliver me a Family Christmas Package, and has he left the premises, he found a COLD PACKAGE of CHEESE in the entry area. He came back in, and politely told me that someone in the complex dropped the packaged cheese. Upon his leaving, I made a photostat of the package, in order to personally KNOCK on all the doors to locate the Senior Citizen, whom apparently dropped cheese at the main entry security door. Has I proceeded to locate the Pick'n Save Customer, I noticed Chrystal buzzing the Security Board to for someone. I asked " Hi, What's Up " and she looking to deliver a item which was inadvertently left out of her shopping bag .I politely asked if it was CHEESE, and I showed her my CHEESE photostat; has she, moments before, buzzed the customer; whom came down and then Chrystal apologized for her inconvenience - and then, We told "D" of the FOUND CHEESE package, and all is WELL due to Pick'n Save Customer Service Excellent Representation . Great Job !!
