I can't believe the attitude that they've got. It's worse than Walmart years ago they had a great attitude and they went out of their way to help. Now it's much more get your stuff pay more and get out. They used to be independently owned and now that Corbons owns them no one seems to care.

I love shopping here. Employees are so friendly and helpful and it's always stocked and clean. Produce is always fresh and stacked neatly making shopping fun. The meat department has great specials. The homemade breads in the bakery remind me of Grandma's house when I was a kid!

Amazing store! They carry something for everybody. Lots of gluten-free, vegan, paleo grain-free options & fresh produce plus as much pizza, ice cream, chips, cookies, etc as you could want. Bright and clean. Welcoming. Caribou coffee with lounge. And it's employee owned! We'll be back.

The store seems overly fancy and up-scale for a small town in the north woods. So many items are over stocked, which means a lot is tied up in inventory, thus causing higher prices. Perishables are so over stocked to the point that one can only imagine the amount that must be discarded due to age.

Has pretty much everything you need including a wide assortment of beer, liquor and wine. It is definitely a little pricier, but understand as this is a big tourist grocery and booze stop. Probably the best place to pick up groceries in Hayward for out of towners.

One of my favorite grocery stores anywhere (shocking for an ‘up north’ location). The food choices are great, and have a huge amount of options for organic, healthy, vegan, etc. all of the produce and meat is high quality and fresh (wish more stores in the Cities could compete with this one). Their liquor store is also great, with tons of craft beer options and good prices on liquor and a surprisingly big selection. This is an ‘always stop’ for us when we come to town.

And although their liquor department didn't have some of what I was looking for, it still has a better selection than most bigger city grocery stores. Prices are also pretty reasonable. Overall, it's a must-stop location if you're in town and looking to buy food or liquor.

Some of the best donuts you can buy for miles around. Located in the heart of resort country US. Great place to shop for all your grocery needs or those last minute items needed for your camping trip. Their liquor department has everything you need any possibly more. If you do happen to find something that they don't have just ask one of their friendly employees and they will be sure to get it there for you!

Liquor prices are quite above average from my experience in the Milwaukee area. I'm talking 20%-25% on scotch and whiskey. It was difficult for me to resist purchasing something. However, great selection of liquors and beer almost your only option around this area now that the co-op closed.

Higher prices but nice experience. The people are mostly polite and it normally is not too crowded like other local groceries. However, they are priced higher on most things I purchase, considerably higher on some exact packaged items than others. If you don't want to shop at Wal-Mart and do not mind paying 10 to 30 % more on some items Marketplace is your store.

went to the liquor store and they denied my I.D because my friend who was with me didnt have an I.D even though she looks by far older. pretty stupid. Better off going to the liquor on Hwy 27 called Price Rite they have wayyy better deals on top shelf liquor and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Im actually glad they denied my I.D at marketplace because it gave me a reason to go to Price Rite and switch my loyalty to a place that deserves it.

Probably the nicest and biggest grocery store in the Hayward/Stone Lake/Reserve area. The people that work here are helpful and friendly. They have decent fresh departments (produce, meat, bakery, dairy, etc.) in addition to a large dry grocery selection. Good place to stock up for your North Woods cabin visit.
