Do not fill bagercare scripts

Went in for a simple chin strap for my father. He has sleep apnea and the strap helps to keep his mouth closed. Lady in respiratory section was rude and trying to justify her job by wanting my dad to come in to get the strap. They are a one size fits all and a simple sale. I hate when people make it point to justify there job as she did. Just sell me the strap and let me go on my way. Simple solution come home and order online. Should've done that in the first place.

I love going to a local pharmacy with such a wide range of services and products, from lift chairs to respiratory/C-pap supplies to a bottle of asprin. My favorite area, which finds me browsing every trip, are the great gifts and even some clothes. My favorite service is their free deliver of prescriptions which is especially appreciated when I am sick.

Dishonest sales person. I went in to fill a prescription for a nebulizer for my son. I asked how much it would cost because I was thinking of just buying one on Amazon. She mentioned renting and I told her I was not interested in renting because I could buy it on Amazon for less. She told me the total cost would be 25.00 but that my insurance would probably cover it. A month later I received a bill for 10.84 and figured it was my copay so I paid it. Then I received another bill with 2 more charges for the same amount. I called to tell them I had already paid for it and was told that it was a rental fee. What they hadn't told me was that they would be charging 25.00 (10.84 my cost) per month for 10 months! I returned it today but they refused to give me a refund even though they had lied to me about the total cost. Lesson learned. At least it was an inexpensive lesson. I will never buy anything from Homecare pharmacy ever again.

Make sure this contractor uses a Wisconsin State licensed elevator contractor to install stair chair lifts, permits are required to be install in commercial and/or public buildings. I am only posting this to make the consumer aware of Wisconsin State Administrative Laws.
