INCOMPETENCE!! Mail order medications not sent until out until last day of the month. Then I was told, “We can’t guarantee the mail will be delivered on time.” YES!! Don’t send them the day before they are needed!! This means no medications for at least 2 days. Thyroid meds, Blood thinners, diabetes meds. And then she asks me, “What do you suggest I do about it?” Seriously!?! I SUGGEST that you take your business more seriously. Lives depend on it!! Albeit it won’t be my life depending on it anymore. Happily moving to a reliable professional pharmacy that cares. BEWARE!!

This is both a good review and a bad review. I was in the Crivitz area on vacation and needed specific medical equipment. The front staff was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and polite. I gave two of my insurance cards to the sales person for copying. My product was ordered and received the very next day. I realized that I only gave them my Medicare and prescription insurance cards, but this product is usually billed as medical. So when I picked up the product, I gave them my medical supplement card to copy. I left with my product. Wonderful. The person who usually handles this type of product was out during this time, so I paid cash and was promised the charges would be submitted to insurance for payment (including Medicare). The person who was not in when I placed my order called and informed me they needed a copy of my Medicare card and in no uncertain terms did I provide my Medicare card when ordering the product "because it wasn't in my basket or on my computer". She wouldn't even listen to my explanation. I placed her on speaker so my husband could hear her yelling at me. I'm sure it will all work out for the best but, unfortunately and hopefully, we will not need their services again.
