I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Skaletski and her staff. My dog Abbie LOVES it when I tell her, "It's time to see Dr. Skaletski." She literally runs to the door. Dr. Skaletski has held my hand through a lot of uncertainty with Abbie. She makes personal phone calls to let me know the results of tests etc. The front desk staff is super friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Bay East to anyone looking for a veterinarian. It's the ONLY place I would go!!!

My dog and I have been clients for the past 7 years. We love all the doctors, technicians, and office staff! They always give my pup lots of love, and they understand his nervous ways. When we've had emergencies, they work to fit us in. They've always explained my options clearly and let me know upfront what to expect on the bill. Love these people!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Walk in emergency, my poor dog is bleeding on all 4 paws and first the receptionist asked if we were clients, no ran to the closest animal hospital, then she rolled her eyes at us, looked at the clock and walked into the back! After 5 minutes of standing there holding my poor bleeding dog we left and drove to another hospital! I will never step foot in here again and will share my experience with all my friends that have fur babies.

Have been taking my pets to Bay East for at least 50 years. Started with Dr. Metzger with cats and dogs and Dr. Eastman is now caring for my 7 year old cat. Everyone there is very patient with the reluctant patient. She was a foster and was born with poor genes but she is a well cared for and despite bad joints and only four remaining teeth she is my faithful companion I am greatful for the care she is given. I highly recommend Bay East.

Bay East treats your pets as their own and provides the best care possible. They are honest and up front about treatment and care options and great at fitting your animals in when needed. Dr's Reidi and Skaletski are simply the best and easiest to work with. My dog Barnabas and cat Mavis are lucky to have Bay East care for them!

Bay East is the only place in the area I trust with my dogs. Ive been to other locations and the level of care here is superior. The front staff is kind and caring and always smiling which makes you feel welcomed right from the start. Dr. Eastman has taken such good care of my dogs and they LOVE her!! They have never liked a vet before. That just proves what I already know, she takes exceptional care of them and always does and suggests whats best for them. They are so kind, compassionate, and dedicated. My dogs have a higher quality of life since we found such amazing care!

Almost 6 years ago we came here for a second opinion after our vet suggested surgery on our almost year old dog's luxating patella. The doctor at the time suggested glucosamine and the rest is history. If it weren't for the amount of travel we would have to do to make it to Bay East, we would have switched clinics. About a year ago we moved to the east side and happily made the switch. Dr. Eastman and Dr. Riedi have been FANTASTIC! They are so knowledgeable and use their knowledge to teach willing owners how to prevent many reasons pets may have to come to the vet. I was really impressed with Bay East Animal Hospital. They were excellent. I took my two cats there and was really happy with how nice everyone was (everyone!, from the person that I set up an appointment with, the person who checked me in, the tech, the vet, and the person that checked me out). They were really great, and extremely gentle with the cats. My cats are 5 years old and I learned more tips and info about them from one trip to Bay East than during the sum total of all previous vet trips. I'll be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Bay East is a wonderful place for excellent care for your pets of all ages. Our recent visit was for urgent non appointment care as our dog Rueben injured his right back leg and tore his ACL. We got right in on same day and were taken care of and confirmed the injury. We scheduled a consult with the recommended surgery center at Fox Valley Referral Center and had surgery done on 12/21/18. Surgery was successful and Rueben is home and in rehab mode for the next 6-12 weeks on limited activity. We highly recommend Bay East Animal Hospital for all your pets care .

I have to first start by saying the office ladies are so caring and helpful. They wasted no time noticing my distress over the phone. They immediately talked with Dr. Reidhi about my cat(Toby), and squeezed us in. Bridiget( hope I spelled it corrct), is a very caring tech. She talked with Toby, and helped to make him feel at ease. Dr. Reidhi is wonderful. She explained everything in great detail about his condition and what could be done for him. She guided my daughter and myself about everything that we would do at home for Toby. Happy to say he's doing better. I can only say thanks to everyone for saving my fur baby!:)

Definitely the best place to go. I'm new to the area, and very new to the pet care services in Green Bay and I searched high and low for the hospital with the best reviews and happy clientele. I'm grateful to go to a hospital where they are entirely transparent with the cost of procedures, and the health of my pet. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they have an excellent communications system. They truly want the best for my pet, and treat every one of my concerns with respect and knowledge. I never feel belittled or talked-down-to. I also really appreciate their ability to text & confirm appointments through messages! We were appointed Dr Skaletski for my kitty, Dexter, for a routine check-up and found out he was in top notch condition - except he had kidney disease. Completely left-field discovery. I was taken by surprise, but Dr. Skaletski was simply amazing at explaining everything and discussing options. Definitely the best Veterinarian I've ever had. She has personally called to check up on his status after each visit, as have the other Vet technician we worked with. She is truly a passionate Veterinarian and has made this difficult time as pain-free as it can be. I will forever bring my pets to this facility.
