They always have my prescriptions ready when I call them ahead of time. There can be some wait on your prescriptions if you come in and drop them off, it all depends on how busy they are at the time. I think the longest I have waited was about 15-20 minutes, the shortest, just 5 minutes.

Always have what I need & usually a short wait time compared to their competitors. The OTC products are MUCH cheaper as well.

Very helpful in solving a mix up situation with another pharmacy and they were still able to fill my prescription within 15 minutes they were very helpful, courteous, and friendly..great customer service!!

Disappointed that they did not call to advise me that I needed preauthorization for a prescription refill. After preauthorization, they never called to advise me that preauthorization was received. Needed to pay $60+ for 1 week of meds. On the bright side OTC meds are incredibly affordable.

Wired in line for twenty minutes just to be told to sit and wait. After an hour of waiting, I got back in line and my stuff was ready. They never called my name or anything. I know that they are busy but the pharmacy upstairs is much better.

Shorted me on medication then would not do Anything to help solve the issue all they said is it wasn't possible because they had pictures of it. Refuse to show me picture proof. Worst service I've ever had from a pharmacy.
