I am a new customer and they have been okay so far with a specialty script that I have but I keep reading all of reviews about how friendly they were and there advertisements TV lead you to believe that they offer friendly service. My daughter and I were in there to start a specialty script that I have and the older lady was right down rude and the younger lady barely gave us the time of day. We tried to be personable and polite but it was almost as though we were a bother. I guess is long as they get my prescriptions right that's all that matters.

I have a c-pap machine and have gotten my supplies from Loop. Starting the end of the year I had problems and found that at about that time it had been sold. I always got supplies every 3 months, it’s now been 9 months since I had new supplies. I called to check and was told they didn’t know how to get hold of the customers so they were waiting for them to call in. Pretty dumb, huh?! I have been given nothing but excuses. I was told that I had to come in and give them a signature. Finally I was email forms. One of them had ELANA for a company name on it. It asked about an in home set-up and demo. I told them that they had never done that for me and instantly the employee that was talking to me became loud and argumentative. She asked if Loop did it when I got my first machine. Yes but it was at the store and the new companyELANA had nothing to do with it. She told me to fill it out anyway. About this time I told her she was being way too loud and that she is rude. I don’t feel confident that I will ever get the proper supplies or that my insurance will be billed correctly. As of now I still don’t have them and each night I am fighting with my mask because it is worn out. They don’t have customer service skills and my regular representative is not there according to the people I have spoken to. The only thing I know is that a woman named Vineyard is in charge . Considering I stop breathing 93 times an hour I really need help getting my supplies.

I order pull ups through them for my son every month and a couple times when I didn't call my order in on the 1st they already had my order ready without me calling it in so I called in my order for September and all I asked the woman was hey I need to call in my son's order for the month is there a chance that you guys already have it ordered and she got an attitude with me and I never talked to her before and she was like we don't ever do that blah blah blah and I was like okay can I just call in his order from the month I'm not going to sit here and debate it with her you know it's not that big of a deal so all I said was okay I just need to place the order for this month well I called in the next day and another employee told me that the one I talked to yesterday went around and told everyone that I was being offensive and rude and had these crazy expectations and that never happened. I could tell when I wasn't debating it with her whether, she like huffed and puffed and you could tell she had an attitude about it but you know not everyone's actions require my reaction and she wasn't getting a reaction out of me so I can tell that irritated her but for me to call the next day and have another employee tell me that she was talking trash about me is extremely unprofessional. I never said anything out of place to this woman and I think she's new I'm not sure but is extremely unprofessional and now I'm choosing to take my business elsewhere because she was acting as if she was doing me a favor but let's make it clear Medicaid pays for these pull ups so Medicaid is doing me the favor she just needs to be doing her job and stop acting like she is superior because I'm receiving Medicaid pull-ups because she's not she's not doing me any favors so Loop Pharmacy in St Albans did lose my business because as soon as I got off the phone from this woman that had an attitude that did not get my reaction she thought it was okay to talk s*** about me not knowing it was going to get back to me.
