So the store manager named, Ben was supposed to be receiving feedback from a customer today. He was rude, arrogant, dismissive, argumentative, and completely negated the customer concerns. He told her that she was "hot" when she had called him on the phone and when he became angry, he claimed that he didn't remember promising her a $25 gift card after he issued her a $5 one. He actually told her that he wasn't really that concerned about her negative experience with one of his employees because he hasn't had a lot of complaints about this person.
His employees are violating the laws by standing right outside the entrance blowing smoke at the customers who are trying to enter the store.
If you have an issue, unless several other customers complain about the same thing, Ben doesn't really care and will not take any accountability for his bad behavior.
Apparently, Ben doesn't understand that customers who actually take the time to call and share their negative experience are giving him a gift. The only other choice someone has if he won't listen and is disrespectful is writing a bad review, refusing to shop there anymore and telling all their friends to avoid that store.
I will no longer shop at that store and Albertsons just down the street has never been rude or neglectful of their customers! Unless you want to be treated like crap, go to Albertsons, their prices are better as well.
