So far, I’ve been super unhappy with my experience of this pharmacy. They were supposed to call me back to see if they took my insurance they never did… I have refills and two separate locations… With the same pharmacy… Not happy about that... this pharmacy has just made my life more complicated. And I would appreciate it if you would make my life less complicated. And explain medications to me.

I’m a little bit surprised by this pharmacy’s response to my ordeal with this location. The lack of accountability and responsibility is impressive. Dare I say incompetent. My first three trips into the sunrise location where quite frustrating. They said, they were going to contact me they never dead. It was a matter of me following up with them. And the third time I walk in I discovered The medication that the doctor had ordered was in a another pharmacy location. I needed the medication for my bronchitis. There was not a adequate solution offered. So, I went to the downtown location. My first time into the downtown location they explain nothing to me. About my new medication. They have since gotten better, about that. I still have refills in two separate locations with this pharmacy. Which, I’m not happy about. Auto fill would be great essentially that’s what this location is offering if they could just do their jobs properly I might trust them enough to do it. However, trusting this location to provide me with any sort of service. I am extraordinarily unlikely to do. This is my life, and I will do what I can to protect it. And make sure my medical care in prescriptions are handled properly. Anything less is unacceptable. I do appreciate management trying to offer a solution with pharmacy synchronization. However, I have experienced staff with less than professional behavior. My confidence in any Kirks pharmacy and providing pharmacy synchronization. I’m extremely doubtful. It would require staff to actually return phone calls and to make them. I would hope a pharmacist would ask, if you have taken medication before, or have any questions about it. This is not always been my experience with this pharmacy and other Kirk pharmacies. Especially as a new client. This is encouraging me to take my business elsewhere. And anyone that I love or care about to let them know, about my experience and suggest they use a different pharmacy. And here’s a thought if management has time to check and see if I’m still using any Kirk’s pharmacy’s Why don’t they contact me with my concerns? Instead of leaving a comment on a third-party review.
