Less then one star if I could rate it that low. Used to go to this clinic 2 years ago & saw Dr. Fleming-best doctor EVER, the only doc I have ever liked. Well she left this clinic, is private practice now I guess & the doc that's there now Dr. Bui sucks to say the least, when I went to see her for a physical & to reestablish myself there as a patient, I was told that I was taking too long for an appointment-apparently they are only supposed to last 15 minutes, so if you cant ask enough of your medical questions-regarding your health-well then too bad, make another appointment; was also informed that they had no full time docs there right now, her & all the other docs there were temporary so I'm guessing they don't care, since they are done working at this clinic. Its a shame of what it turned into, was a nice lil clinic with friendly front desk people & docs actually tried to help you-imagine that!!!

Lied to me over the phone saying they take medicare. I got to office and they oh so sorry we can't assist you here would you like to change healthcare coverage? I wasted 2 hours out of my day for these idiots will avoid any name even remotely close to theirs like the plaque.

Shout out to Dr. Perpuce. She's been really patient with my father in law & has excellent bedside manner! Like most doctors, she's booked out and busy but she's always been accommodating for us, which we appreciate. My only con- I wish the office or the patient waiting area was bigger. It gets really crowded.

My regular doctor left the clinic and got another as a replacement, i dont like the new doctor. She doesnt do anything to help me. I recently fell on ice when we had the snow/ icy weather. I hurt my ribs bad and had to go to the hospital, the hospital didnt take any x-rays and i was hurting bad so i went to see my doctor. My doctor after learning that i didnt get any xrays she still didnt order any. And she wouldnt prescribe anything for pain. I suffered badly at the expense of the doctor and hospital. Was layed up for over 1 month and couldnt do anything. And to top things off im on medication for diabetes, my new doctor wont even refill my insulin when i need it. Im always having to wait days to get filled . during this time im having to take 20-25 units less than my prescribed dosage just so that i can have something until i get my insulin filled. I called in a refill last week, and once again im forced to take lower dosage just so i can have something in my system . I'll have to call the clinic again on monday. My doctor wont give me more than 1 vial of insulin at a time so im forced to go through this every damned week. Im calling monday to change doctors. Ive had enough of them playing with my life thinking that its some sort of game to be played !!!

I'm in a real bad pain, too much symptoms going on in my body , losing hope already, then my health insurance co. referred me to this clinic, it's really closed where I lived, very convenient for me, on my first appointment , my doctor is Dr. Sheth , very knowledgeable , very friendly yet very professional doctor, I am very surprised , Wow ! OMG ! She's Awesome ! Her professional and medical ethics was so remarkable ! she knows what's going on with me , on my 2nd week of seeing her, she gave me meds, told me I will feel better, OMG ! She was right ! Dr. Sheth is very caring , really good and knowledgeable . The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the clinic is so spotless, very busy , but they always have smiles in their face , starting from the front desk staff , to medical assistant then to phlebotomist, their attitudes and work ethics was just so overwhelming Awesome , I felt better, I had been suffering for almost over a year or so , but Dr. Sheth gave me my life back, from the bottom of my heart , I thank you so much Dr. Sheth . Please continue being you , you are such a wonderful doctor , Again Thank you so much for your time , and very genuine caring attitudes. You Rock ! In a scale of 1- 10 you are 12.5 , you are my 5 Star Doctor ! Thank you so much .

Love this location, Dr. Sheth is amazing, I’ve never had any doctor care for my dad as much as she does. Also the front ladies are always so sweet!! They are so helpful they go beyond their job. I’m in there quite often with my dad and every worker makes me comfortable and welcomed. My whole family goes here.

More like death point. These mental midgets refused to refill my asthma medications and I almost died. Refused to refill my nebulizer refills. Did not just refuse once. Refused repeated requests. I ended up in the ER. Thanks for the extra bills and the extra lung damage. Actually that sounds like a good law suit.

VERY unprofessional & uncaring staff. Absolutely and without a doubt THE VERY WORSE medical health facility I've ever been to! I called for a blood pressure medication refill on an early Thursday AM from PCP Dr. Sabrina Hart, & after no response I again tried on the day after, which was a Friday. I was told that she would not fill it because there was no need to; that I'm not on blood pressure meds! Completely incompetent info: I see a cardiologist & have been on blood pressure medication for about 5 yrs now. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my very worse enemy, it is that bad.

This is the worst clinic I have ever Visited waited in the room after BP check more than 1 hour 30 minutes I will never come back here again Dr Jenifer Baig let us wait for Ever. They don’t care about the patients and roaming around laughing. If you plan to visit this healtpoint keep 2 hours for that..!
