In September I called and spoke with a pharmacy technician to request a script transfer. The pharmacist took my insurance info and medications and stated they would take care of it. I soon got a call back from them telling me my insurance info was incorrect. I asked them to confirm the info over the phone, but they refused, telling me I would have to bring my ID card in, that they didn't have time to continue the phone conversation. Next I received a call from them telling me they had filled my script without running my insurance. Of course, I wanted to use my insurance So I waited for my card.. ..Once I received my insurance card I went in to the pharmacy to pick it up and have them re run my insurance. When I got there, I was advised that they didn't have my medication. The pharmacist, Jeremy, asked me when I had originally called in and demanded that I show him proof on my cell phone call log that they had ever spoken with me, insinuating that I was a liar. I did show him my call log, which reflected numerous calls from and to them. Eventually and only after I requested they call my previous pharmacy while I waited, did they have the script transferred and I was able to pick up my medication. To make matters worse, there was no apology given, and when I went to pay, I inserted my debit card and signed for the medication, believing That I had paid for it. As I was walking away, the lady there, Diane, screamed after me very loudly, that I couldn't take the medication without paying for it first. I guess I had signed for declining counsel and then they reset the info ...I had to re insert my card and validate with my PIN a second time. But instead of politely calling me back, she made it sound as if I was trying to steal from them. Unacceptable and horrendous experience. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY.
