For 2 months now..... just let that sink in for a moment. TWO VERY LONG MONTHS NOW I've been coughing and hurting... can't sleep. Coughing stuff up continuously... not sure how much more my throat can't take. Or my stomach with all this coughing hurting my abdominal muscles. Within these last 2 months, I have been to CHC 4 TIMES.... And each time it's "just a nasty bug going around." I've been given inhalers, Sudafed, zyrtec, cough syrup... nothing. Each time I go in there, it's something different. The cough syrup seemed to help so when I went in again and asked about it, they said it should have worked and that they can't just keep giving me it because it's a narcotic. I didn't know!! The last time they gave it to me, 2 weeks prior, it was with the instruction: 10ml every 4 hours as needed. Guess what? It was gone by like the 3rd day... following the instructions. I thought I was on the mend but the coughing came back and finally 2 weeks later I went back in and asked about that cough syrup because it seemed to help some and you'd think I was the biggest druggie out there!! They ended up giving me a small bottle but my insurance wouldn't cover it, again because THEY said I shouldn't have needed it again for 23 days. Um... do they not understand that with following the directions, it was gone in 3? So.... now I'm more convinced, after more than 2 months that what I have isn't a "nasty bug" and can't be taken care of by zyrtec, Sudafed, 2 different kind of inhalers, steroids, prednisone....or their precious cough syrup. So far, that's the laundry list of what I was given. Not to mention what they told me to take over the counter (mucinex dm pill, saline nasal spray, cough drops )and still... here I sit. Not any better. I won't be going back there because I don't think they know what they're doing. Nice people... just have no clue. Oh, and I forgot that they did an xray of my chest to see my lungs, which I was told were a little inflamed... nothing to worry about. I was told by the doctor: "I'm not an xray technician, but your lungs look slightly inflamed. I'll call you when I have them reviewed." Never did get a call, good or bad. Here's my symptoms: 1. Pins and needles in my throat, but only on the right side and come and go as they please. 2. Coughing 3. Constant coughing up mucus that I keep spitting it out... but it's an on-going cycle. 4. A slight rise in temp brings on the pins and needles and in turn, the coughing. 5. Any exertion, like beginner hiking, or just walking a lot and talking, flares up the pins and needles, and coughing. 6. Sleeplessness 7. Congestion A lot of my job is being on the phone, which I'm having a hard time with because I never know when the pins and needles with hit the right side of my throat and start a coughing fit... to the point that I almost pass out from not being able to breathe. So there you have it. I'm going to another clinic today. Because something's gotta give. And CHC hasn't helped.

CHC is a great place to use for healthcare. There are SO many good providers. We saw Dr. Parish the pediatrician in the practice. My kid is now 17 and has been seeing Dr. Parish for several years and is still relatable. We have always gotten the help needed, when we have been seen here. Make sure you heed check in times. There can be a wait at times.

This place is wonderful! I have my primary care doctor, dentist, and pharmacy all in this building. The office staff for both medical and dental are very nice and friendly. I provided all of my information to them so I receive email reminders of my appointments along with a courtesy call from the office ensuring that the appointment still works for you. The last time they called me for an appointment I realized that I double booked myself, so they offered to reschedule. We rescheduled for 3 days later. My primary care doctor listens *very* well and absolutely has my respect (it's very difficult for me to respect most doctors due to their attitudes or assumptions). They are on top of any issues that I have and if they need anything from me, they kindly request my assistance. I absolutely recommend this office for any medical or dental needs. They are there to help patients, and it shows.

Unsure why this place has such a low rating but I can only speak for dental. Every dentist I have encountered (Dr. Mizutani for my daughter and Dr. Liu for myself) is very experienced and accommodating. They always make us their priority even when it's busy. The assistants are always so kind and gentle with my daughter and comforting and diligent with myself. I can actually say now that I don't hate the dentist! My daughter loves going. One negative thing could be sometimes the front desk women could be a little cold towards us but it doesn't bother me that much

Completely incompetent - and the providers don't care. I showed up for my appointment on-time but the doc called out last minute.... so, no notification for me. Then the lady at the front throws a list of numbers at me, saying I need to start calling around for another appointment. Of course, there wasn't an available appointment at any location. I decided to give up and just try to get an appointment for another date but the reception tells me that CHC does physicals for the Department of Transportation ONLY. Not what their website says. Of course I called back and was then told that they do physicals for anyone. If I were this incompetent I would be fired. If you can GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

This is seriously the worst place ever. I’ve been going here since I had my daughter 16 months ago, but I’m never coming here again. I’ve been denied anxiety medication, and when I told my doctor that medication for depression wasn’t helping she just kept on uping the dose when clearly it’s not helping. Then, I made an appointment a few months ago for my asthma. They checked me in and had me waiting in a room and 30-40 minutes go by, and no one has seen me! They told me I can leave when I didn’t even get seen. Then, my doctor wanted me to get my iron checked and they never did. They wouldn’t see me until 20 minutes after my appointment, and I was there for an hour. I’m never taking my daughter here and I’m never coming back here either.

Community Health Center is my favorite place to go even after I changed insurance I am sticking with them they don't care whether you have apple health or really good insurance everybody gets treated well not like The Everett Clinic where they treat you like garbage if you don't have really good insurance. They added a new location on Rucker and 41st I believe it also has a walk-in clinic there too.

If you want free health care, you found it. You get what you pay for. The physicians here constantly have no time to deal with you. They want you out the door as fast as possible. Same goes for the dentistry unit downstairs. My experience with Dr. Dulce, the dentist, was unreal. I wont go in to too much detail but she fixed 2 cavities for me and my teeth weren't fully numb. I said multiple times that I felt the drilling in my teeth which was very painful and she didnt care. When she was done she rushed out of the room without saying a word. I have very little that is good to say about this place. A place in Shoreline does the same stuff for the same medicaid but they do it about 10 times better.

My experience has been very comforting there. If you ever happen to talk to Dawn you are in some very good hands. My doctor was awesome and the whole atmosphere there was uplifting and I really enjoyed meeting all the workers I did. What a unique establishment!

I received notification that insurance would not cover fillings for my daughter because they had already paid for them to another 'community' health care provider. I haven't even received a bill for the service referenced but the clinic refused my daughter service unless the bill was paid in full. I only get 1200 month in disability and not till the 3rd of the month. I have every intention to pay I just don't have 400 dollars they knew she had the appointment but made no effort to inform her but were content to have her miss a day of school so that they could publicly humiliate her. I will never use their services again. I noticed that their waiting room is constantly filled with immigrants who is paying for their care I wonder??? At least my daughter has insurance that her father pays the premiums out of his pay.

I went today 7/1/19 for a tooth pain and they told me I need a root canal and schedule an appointment in 8 days. I explained I can't work or even sleep because the pain and they said Tylenol and Motrin will be enough till next week. Im still in pain. I wish Dr. Lu had more compassion for her patients.

Do yourself a favor and don't go here, I've been going here for over a year and regretted every appointment, Dr N. Never has a up to date file or doesn't bother to read it, it can take 4 to 5 days to get a refill called in like INSULIN and I either get medications that we never talked about and the medications we agreed on I don't get, Every month same thing, like today I've been without my insulin again for a week just like last month. I had to reuse syringes for 6 weeks until they finally called in refills...

We took our first child for her check ups to this clinic and everything seemed fine. Flash forward 4 years and we took our second child here. Well everything was completely opposite, didn't really seem like they cared much. Our second child had way more issues and really needed help. We had to change doctors because we weren't happy with the situation. Go to the Everett Clinic if you can.

If you're looking for a great pediatrician ask for Dr Ruth Ann Parish here at Broadway CHC. She is the best! I care a lot about bedside manner and about being an active part of my own and my child's care. She never rushes and always has time - or at least that's how she makes you feel when you see her. And she's fantastic with kids of all ages. When my teens aged out of her care they were super bummed. Aaaand she takes Saturday appointments! What more could you ask for? I have been with community health for 2 years and this is the care or lack there at this clinic. Save your time energy and money. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!

I like the providers that I have through CHC quite a bit because as individual professionals they are all respectful, helpful, and caring. Unfortunately though, it took me a few not so nice providers first to find the right ones. One of the biggest downfalls about CHC in Everett on Broadway, is that often times CHC treats their patients as if we are lower than them, less than them, and/ or naive/ stupid and don't know what we are talking about it doing.

I have had a few dentists mess up my mouth/teeth and where rough over the years, But she is soo gentle and quick and does an amazing job! 2nd Time here and I cant wait to get the rest of these teeth pulled And I am happy I am in good care! The staff is super friendly and caring. I just wish they had better chairs for the patients other then that love the place! I went wanting to consult a doctor to renew my blood pressure medicine, a genetic gift from my parents which has been a long term condition/affliction. Potential visitors be forewarned that you must provide proof of poverty before or within 30 days of your visit otherwise you will be on the hook for a medical bill which wasn't even competitive with the Snohomish clinic I went to previously. I was disappointed at the amount of my bill ($158--$25 when I visited and a subsequent billing for $133) for what was about a 20 minuted consultation the sole purpose of which was to renew my previously prescribed blood pressure medicine. Perhaps the clinic's virtue is seeing people who would otherwise be turned away but from my experience the rates charged were not any kind of a break from other health care providers.

I found a doctor here that actually cares not only about me but my family. Most of the staff are very nice and my kid's doctor even call to check on them if they see she was taken to a clinic or hospital. They make it personal, which is really hard to find. The waiting rooms and exam rooms are always clean and if there are any problems the staff is right on it.

Wow what an experience, they told my daughter her teeth are in bad shape and continued to scold her and me to allow this to happen. Then Denist came over poked around a bit. The bill for this was 281.00 after being told only 97.00 on phone. I was told it was more expensive since I had a consiltation? My daughter cried all the way home. I went there finacially challenged, left demoralized.

My brother was severely depressed and tried to get help here and get some counseling. He made an appointment to see Anna and when he went in to see her they told him that she quit and that they no longer had a counselor but that he could wait to hear from them when they got another one. My brother never heard from them and last week he KILLED HIMSELF. This could have been prevented if they would have called him before he came in and told him that they needed to cancel the appointment because Anna had left and given him other resources to find a counselor elsewhere. This is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me by a business. When a person comes to a doctors office asking for mental health help this needs to be taken very seriously. This place should be shut down because they are literally killing people. This location is in an area that unfortunately has a lot of mentally ill people around and you would think they would have a lot more professionalism and compassion in the way they run their business.

Work takes me there. This a really nice clean clinic, staff is very friendly and some of them are bilingual. Pediatrician , General Doctors have experience on the field as well as Nurses, Dentists, Medical/ Dental assistance. The clinic have a pharmacy and labs service. Plenty of parking for patients.

I SO love CHC! (That says a LOT about the care we receive from them.) You see, I have bad anxiety, depression, pain, etc. Not to mention the people in our family, will wait (until we're on our deathbed/at least, feel as though we are), before going to see the doctor! I know, I have insurance, I should go for regular check-ups, & try to be more healthy. However, it's easier said than done. Once I'm there, I'm ok. I never wait long periods of time. They're prompt, courteous, concerned for what they can do to help, & never rush you along. My problem is getting out of bed, getting ready, & going. They understand this, & try their best to work with me. (I just noticed the address, I go to CHC-Centeral Clinic @ 4201 Rucker Ave. Everett, WA 98203. Also, I've been to CHC-South Clinic @ 1019 112th St SW (2nd Floor) Everett, WA 98204. Never been to the North Clinic, but the other clinics, are awesome!)

I went in with chest pain and came out with anxiety pills.... what? They rushed both of my visits and only focused on asking if I was depressed or suicidal (which I am neither). Dental walk in on a Saturday morning, arrived right at 7am. As soon as I brought my completed forms back to the desk, I was taken back for x-rays, and very quickly a doctor was there to examine and develop a treatment plan. Six weeks out for a follow-up appointment while in extreme pain... not so awesome.

I have never been so disgusted with a dentist in my entire life. Their receptionist was beyond rude to me. I called to get my tooth pulled out because it was so bad I had to go to the hospital because my blood pressure was 180/95 so I needed it out & my tooth was abscess & I was in the worst pain of my life & the lady on the phone told me if I came in before 2 I would be seen and that they do extractions the same day. I got there and the receptionist told me I was only getting a consultation & she didn't know why I was "dumb enough" to think I was getting work done the same day. Umm.. because the lady on the phone told me I would? Then they told me they couldn't get me in for 4 days and she would have pulled my tooth if she had time and it was an easy pulling. Well come to find out. I went to another dentist who sent me to a oral surgeon who told me my roots were so bad they went all the way up into my sinuses which required surgery there & he said there was now a hole in my sinuses that he needed to repair. So that dentist took an xray & said everything was fine & was just going to pull my tooth so had she done it I would have had my sinuses open and probably would have went to the hospital. They have no idea what they are doing (the dentist is Dr Liu, she is AWFUL! and a stick has mo4e knowledge then her and the one asian lady I encountered at the receptionist desk was the most rudest lady I've dealt with in a long time. Just because we have insurance through the state doesn't mean we deserve to be treated like garbage. There is a certain way to talk to people without being rude and insensitive. I would not go back here if my life depended on it.

AVOID DR. GAN. On my last visit I went in for a filling and she didn't follow the s.o.p. at all, and in the past the da even admitted to me Dr. Gan wasn't following the necessary steps. She was constantly leaving during the procedure asking advice from other doctors and ended up drilling too far, so I eventually had to get the tooth extracted a month later. Dr. Gan then canceled my future appointment with her, because I need "excessive care" so I have to reschedule with another doctor. Dr. Gan is very unprofessional and unknowledgable, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

We used to come here one day was stuck in traffic could come on time for appointment. I did call they said you have 15 mins windows for late. I came to frontdesk right at 4:15 that was 15 mins late. The receptionist checked me in but 1 min later " you need to reschedule your appointment" they told me. That is bad then my next appt will be 2 weeks later because nothing available to fit my schedule they said. There is time for refill my prescription but Dr. koshflosh he doesn't want to do it. now i am out of medicines for 1 week.

This facility is probably the worst health care facility in Snohomish county, the staff are rude, disrespectful and on multiple occasions not just the wrong doses of medication were given out but medication that is and was clearly on the list of a patient's do not prescribe. Please post the true reviews on Community Health Center, or otherwise known as Community Death Center

The dentist walk-in option offered polite, Reasonable, and timely service. Furthermore, the doctor I was able to see was genuinely understanding, helpful and insisted beginning the process of correcting my dental issue despite the fact that I was a walk in and only slated for exam.

Good place.for general health issues (flu, sore throats, etc) but not for anything that may be serious. After two years of stomach pain (repeated appts with no resolutions) I ended up in the hospital and was found to have any stomach erosion disease. Another time my hearing was so bad in one ear and occasionally I couldn't hear at all. There was some pain but a couple doctors their said it was wax and prescribed drops. They didn't work. That went on for a couple years also when they finally flushed it and found a seed that had wedged itself in. No, I'm not too pleased, but my choices for doctors are limited.

My mother was running a temperature of 101.5 one time last year and was told she just had a cold. Later, she had to go to the hospital and found out she had pneumonia. Just a few months prior, her coworker's nine-year-old son had "just a cold", too, with a high fever. He grew worse that night and had to go to the hospital. What did they find out? He had acute strep throat! It was sometime after my mom's misfortune that I took my sister there because she had issues with the joint in her foot and for an ear cleaning. They were very short-staffed that day, so I had to help with holding the cup under my sister's ear as they flushed her ear out. That was no big deal, but it would have been a long wait for anyone physically incapable of being their "assistant for the day". Then, with my sister's foot, the doctor said it was "just a bruise". A bruise for four months? I think not! We later learned from a foot/toe/ankle doctor that she had a bunion issue. So, after these happened, we all switched to a different clinic. The only thing good about this clinic is their emergency dental care. They did well for extracting my mom's tooth and for taking x-rays of my wisdom teeth. But... that's about it. One more thing: Recently, last week, one of my friends has a boyfriend who goes there. He's having trouble breathing at night, he's coughing all the time, and the doctor told him that he had a cold, and that he's having trouble breathing at night "because he's fat". Fat!? He's hardly what I'd call "fat". Just mildly overweight - and what a blunt way to put it, too! What's more: I had the same symptoms a month ago, and I was told (by a better doctor) that I had bronchitis, post-nasal drip, and irritation in my throat. (Mucous dripping into the back of the throat is acidic, so it irritates that sensitive areas, and it sometimes can get into the bronchi area and cause irritation there, too. I had this because I had the flu prior and I got sinusitis because my nose always has problems draining properly.). Needless to say, I immediately recommended her to have him switch to another clinic and to be seen promptly elsewhere. Ultimately, I don't recommend CHC to anyone who wishes to live long.

Do not go here do your pregnancy! I had an obgyn Nancy Foote who neglected on multiple occasions to tell me things that were effecting my pregnancy and we ended up losing our baby at 16 weeks because of multiple things she "forgot" to tell me. I am suing this place. I understand it's cheaper and sometimes free but that does not mean it should lack in care just because I'm not shelling out thousands of dollars to be taken care of.

I am extremely satisfied with this campus of Community Health. The telephone staff is invariably patient and kind. I never feel rushed. The check-in receptionists are equally friendly and helpful. Again, no rushed sense and I have observed that quality with patients who are challenging-they truly go the extra mile. Of course the most important point is I love my doctor.
