The people there are totally awesome and are extremely helpful. They have everything that you could possibly expect to find in a top notch drug store and to find it in a beautiful little town like Morton is a real blessing for us locals. It sure beats a nearly 200 mile round trip to Chehalis from Packwood.

I've been using this pharmacy since February of 2016. Not once have I ever gotten my meds on time. For example, I recently put in a refill for my daily meds on a Thursday. Called on Monday when they hadn't shown up in the mail. No response. Came in to the pharmacy and they hadn't even begun on them. They left me with no meds, which I need daily so my body does not shut down. Here it is on day four of no meds. This is not the first time, not the fifth time. This happens every month. This has got to be by far the most ridiculous pharmacy I've ever used.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Normal goods are overpriced and they sometimes take days or weeks to fill prescriptions and when confronted about it they just say they are busy. Location isn't any more or less busy than large city rite aid's or CVS's.

This place is a joke lol for the last 2 days they were supposed to fax my prescription somewhere else, they never did it and now they are closed for the day . I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody!!! The staff is lazy and inconsiderate. All the good reviews are probably written by staff LOL

Sometimes it is a little slow, but if you are patient with them, they will work with you to get your prescription to you ASAP. I love the people there and have never had a problem with them.

Each and every time I go in I have to wait an hour + for my meds if not til the next day. Half the pharmacy staff is rude. Google says they close at 6:30, made it in a few minutes before 6 and was told I'd have to wait til the next morning for my meds because they were closing at 6 and that the store closes at 6:30. I don't care if they are the only pharmacy between Yakima and Chehalis, I'll get my meds at a real pharmacy with morals and respect when I go to town.

Had a potentially lethal tooth absess, no insurance or warning there would be a cost incurred, they were ready to give me the first anti-biotic for free... and ran out to our vehicle twice to update me when proof that I'm worthy of life called with a credit card... at least 4 women in that pharmacy deserve Christmas cards, I hope this glowing review will do. Thanks Colton Pharmacy, more human than pharmaceautical.

This is horrible my Dr Faxed my meds in on Thursday I went in on Tuesday , you guessed it my meds were not ready I was.told it was job to let them know that my Dr faxed in my meds when I got upset they were very rude and yelled at me.

If you are unhappy about something they seem eager to remedy it for you! They have a nice selection of a variety of products, kind of a little something for everyone and if you need a quick gift for someone you'll find something nice there.

This place is disorganized, and slow. They're the only game in town and they know it. You call in your meds and they might have them ready next week...if you sacrifice a chicken and the wind is right!

Called 9 times and never got through to anyone. They are SO SLOW with getting anyone their meds at the counter. You can tell how pissed off everyone is in the line that has to wait. Terrible business. Will be switching to Eatonville even though I'll have to drive an hour out of the way. That's how bad this place is.

Not only is the pharmacy slow but they usually close 15-30 minutes before the store itself closes. It's a pharmacy the whole reason for existence is pharmaceutical goods and medicines. If you're closing the pharmacy close the whole damn thing. If they didn't have 1 or 2 pharmacy staff that actually cared and a awesome front cashier staff I'd give 0 stars.

Doubled up on my meds, won't process insurance co pays, you spend more then 20 minutes waiting for somebody just to answer the phone. Why are they still in business? Because they are the only pharmacy between Yakima & Chehalis.
