My experience with this business was okay especially when I had to get my prescription. Just that the pharmacist tech who assisted me need to be more aware when another person asks a question if they check out items. At Rite Aid in Marysville plaza they don't ignore anyone. So yes I would like to suggest that they be more aware and listen carefully. But other than that I don't mind the employees and how work just that they need to pay attention.

Pharmacy is always slow, late, and female pharmacist with accent is very rude. I have a dairy allergy which is listed on my chart, but was told even though it’s listed to check, they don’t check to ensure the medications don’t have dairy in them prior to giving them to their patients.
I was calling to check.on my medicaion that was supposed to be filled but they hung up on me
This is solely about the pharmacy: This location is the worst about communication. I called in my prescription refill and went to pick it up the next day only to find out that they "ran out" and would have it in later in the week. So I went in 4 days later and they were still out and not expecting any more in until the following week. The person behind the counter said they "swore they called me" both times, however, I don't have a missed call or voicemail and my contact information is correct in their system. Luckily this isn't a prescription for a life threatening illness. I'm transferring my prescription to a different pharmacy and taking my family's prescriptions with me. This is just another example of their horrible business practices.
This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I do not recommend on any level
Pharmacy is completely unprofessional! Takes them up to days to fill a prescription for me! I decided to transfer pharmacys and when the new pharmacy called to have my medications transferred the pharmacist for bartells said “ I had no medication to be filled” which was a complete lie. I called and the bartells pharmacist said the same thing so I decided to just go in. What do you know they magically appear! I go to Walmart and speak with the pharmacist there and he was wonderful! I spoke to them let them know that they should have been transferred but they were not. The pharmacist calls bartells again and bartell’s pharmacist said there was nothing for me once again. My new pharmacy called and spoke with the bartells pharmacist 4 times on the 4th try they finally transferred my medication!!!!! That was the worse experience I have ever had completely horrible ! If anyone knows where I can make an official complaint against the pharmacist at bartell drugs that would be great! If I could I would give them 0 stars
Awesome. Especially the people in the pharmacy. Most polite and kind people I've met in Everett. This is definitely the pharmacy to visit.
Easy to get in and get out. Comfortable interior, airflow, and spacious enough to browse with ease.
The Store hours are slightly different than the Pharmacy hours. I'm not sure if that can be reflected correctly under the "Hours" section of the Bartell Drugs business listing, so I'm posting their hours along with this post, I took a screenshot of the different hours directly from their website.
The pharmacy is completely chaotic. They never have the meds we need for our children and only carry half of the prescriptions we need as adults. They don't carry codeine cough syrup and didn't even inform us of this when I dropped off my Rx. I won't be using this pharmacy anytime soon.

Very friendly employees and that are always smiling and communicate well. Always get my prescriptions called in to my doctor right away and they notify via text which is awesome.
Every time I come here and I only come here because my other pharmacy quit taking my insurance They can't seem to fill my prescription or have it ready even if given 48 hours advanced notice it truly seems they don't fill the prescription until you drive up to the drive up window . They are disorganized and hurried understaffed especially during peak times. There is a very high turnover rate I don't think I've ever seen a pharmacist that stays here more than about 3 weeks. Maybe they only work than part time so they don't have to pay benefits. Definitely high turnover rate.
Nice and helpful! Wish we lived closer because the Bartells by my house is terrible! They were helpfully with an issue even though they were busy and with broken down computers! Definitely 5 star pharmacy!
Horrible customer service. Every time I have gone there, they would be very rude and not help me or take hours to fill an easy script. The last time we visited, we waited in the second lane at the drive through for 5 min. (After pushing the help button twice). Finally they informed us that the second lane is closed.Keep in mind no hello, no I am sorry that lane is closed etc. She said it in a very rude sassy way! When we asked her for her name to inform the manager, she completely ignored us and turned off the speaker. Also, their prices are insanely high. At Bartell Drugs, a 3 Subject Notebook with folders costs about $10. The same exact product costs around $4 at Walmart. I have stopped shopping there and I will never recommend anyone to go there! They need customer service training badly. If they ever read this SHAME on your staff!! @Everett 19th Ave SE store.
The staff is always great and they always have what I need. They're my go-to store for convenience items and their Pharmacy is always quick.
Decent pharmacy. Usually have my meds in stock. Sometimes I have to wait an extra day and there is no contact letting me know after using the automated line. Once waited months for an acne cream for my daughter though. Not an uncommon prescription either. Store and pharmacy staff are both friendly.
Came in first thing in the morning to have a prescription filled for someone else after a medical emergency. The pharmacist was nice and they filled the prescriptions filled quickly.

BAD CUSTOMER service at the PHARMACY one of the tech her name is KARIE is very RUDE I went in on 10/1/19 and I had to Wait 1HOUR and she was very rude when we asked why was so long and she responds with a BAD additude SAYING we are only 2 of us. Well Ive has it with them. They have poor customer service and DO NOT now how to treat there customers.

I moved from a small town with a small pharmacy that was excellent. After moving to Silver Lake I chose Bartell's, wanting to support a local business and expecting better service than a chain pharmacy. After 9 months, I'm done. I have been left waiting and ignored at both the drive up window and the counter. I've left the drive up after being ignored for several minutes only to then be ignored at the counter. They are understaffed and have poor customer service skills.

I wish I could support local, but the pharmacy here is completely useless. They have 3 people working, which, with a drive thru and the volume of customers they have, is not enough. I have currently been waiting 45 minutes for them to fill a prescription they've had for 3 hours for eye drops. EYE DROPS. I told them my husband needs his first dose soon, so they said they'd rush it. If "over 45 minutes" is rushing, I'd hate to see their idea of slow. I feel for the staff here. I do. It's clear they don't have the resources or people available to do their jobs. I've been trying to give them multiple chances. But i'm done. It is like this every time i'm here. I'm going back to Walgreens. If I ever get my husband's eye drops. It's cool. Not like he got eye surgery this morning or anything.
Was a customer at the pharmacy for about 2 years. One main guy left and then service got inconsistant and then they started playing games with my insurance.

Only once did I have a problem and I realized it was a big change of employees at pharmacy. Now the pharmacy is very good and helpful. Better than before. The rest of the store has excellent employees as well. Kind. Friendly and helpful. I love looking at everything they have there.

Pharmacy customer service is disorganized, unprofessional and terrible.
Today I noticed only one cash register attendant on staff servicing customers at the pharmacy window. Seems this drug store doesn't want to be a drug store anymore. Pharmacist is also the manager but is she the one responsible for the poor staffing decisions or is corporate to blame? Maybe worth driving a few blocks west to Walgreens then?
This is for the pharmacy only, If I could give 0 stars I would, ever since we have transferred our prescriptions here we have had nothing but problems. We have to call an hour ahead if we want to pick up prescriptions, because if we don't they are not ready. Even if our/our kids doctor sent the prescription over at 8am and we don't stop by until 1pm, they have not even been filled yet. But if we call they say it will be 15-30min, if we go through the drive up window you are waiting 20-30 minutes or longer, same with going inside. Most pharmacy employees don't even seem like they want to even help you or even be working, you will get one that will start helping you and then 10 minutes later after they start looking for your prescription someone else will help you and then you are waiting another 10 minutes for them.. unfortunately we can't change due to insurance purposes but I think we will find a different location even though this one is more convenient, it's not that convenient.. I would rather drive out of my way to a place that is more efficient! Also we use 2 insurance companies and they never bill both and tell us that they can't, even though that is the reason why we have to go there is because the insurance companies said in order for us not to have to pay a high price for our/our kids prescriptions is that bartells is their preferred pharmacy and the one that will accept both insurance companies..

I have been using this pharmacy for about 8 years or so. They have gotten way more disorganized and the wait times longer than they used to be. They used to be better than other pharmacies and now they are just as bad. They have screwed up my billing on multiple occasions. They told me to come pick my stuff up and when I got there it wasn't ready. They seem to be ways understaffed. The people that work there are friendly and they seem like they are the victims of business greed not hiring enough people so they can save money
Had to find some micro fibre washcloths but they were sold out.
Hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. It's highly disorganized. Horrible customer service and no regard for consultation.
