Their prices are outrageous and when they do have good deals it doesn't last long. My husband and I have gotten their 5 for 7.99 deals on vegetables and they had mold on them the next day and the peppers when so mushy you felt it I've never gotten cucumbers peppers lemons and oranges and they go bad so fast guess u pay for what u get but they shouldn't be selling stuff that's not going to last 3 days. What makes it worse is they refused to replace it with the receipt and the veggies I would've understand if I didn't return the food or didn't have a receipt but I did and the manager still refused to replace them and it's been the last time I've been in that store and that was my go to grocery store every trip but not now not after they can't right their wrongs I won't help support a store like that

It's a good shopping center. The employees are nice. You have an option to use the self checkout or get in line for an employee to scan your items before paying. If you shop alot, you'll earn gas visits where, using your value card, you'll save 15¢/gal.

This is my Food City. If I am going to go to the local grocery store this is the one. It’s nice, clean, well priced, and super sweet cashiers. I love them! My biggest problem is that most of the time the baggers are all on lunch or break together and there is one or two sweet older (like in their seventies, but adorable!) fellas left to bag several lanes of groceries! Or the cashiers are doing their job and then having to bag which makes for longer wait times. Customers have bagged their own groceries while cashiers apologize for the lack of help. That would be the downside of the store!

Food city is my go to for grocery shopping. I always get great deals here and I can find everything so easy. I love that I can earn food city buck and use them to get .15 cents sometimes .30 cents off my gas fill up at the gas n go. I just wish our local Weber city food city gas n go carried diese as one of there gasoline choices.

Clintwood store does not have the selection other stores like Wise or Webber City do. Their employee James Hammonds is excellent! He is very friendly, helpful and knows that store inside and out!

Great store with a good variety of items! I wish the store would upgrade the self checkout registers compared to Wal-Mart's they are slow and a cashier is having to clear the register when it says please remove the last item and place it on the scanner. It's a good store with great employees in the Deli. They gave my son a cookie while we waited to order his birthday cake! Very nice employees!

I love shopping at Food City but here lately they've been out of a few products I purchase regularly. One of those is the Food Club strawberry banana orange juice. I've visited 2-3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time she shelf has been empty. Not sure if it's just that popular or if they are ordering it.

The meat department was awesome! The food selection was much better than what food lion has to offer, but the friendliness of staff left something to be desired. Because of that, I'll stick with food lion in gate city.

Weber City location has it figured out. Plenty of parking and a clean, well stocked store. Employees were kind as well. On the other hand, the Eastman road location has a parking lot that shares with several other businesses which makes parking a nightmare. There are not enough employees to handle the amount of business this location has on a daily basis.
