Called Walgreens to refill my son's Epipen Jr. Walgreens said they couldn't get it until Sept 15th. (I needed it before school starts on the 4th.) So I called Coastal and they said they did not have it, but could get it the next day. Had it before noon the next day. Was VERY satisfied and will not be going back to Walgreens. Coastal now has a customer for life!

I used this pharmacy 3 times because it was the place my dermatologist recommended. On all three occasions I had issues including experiencing delays in delivery, receiving the wrong medications and having medications sent to the wrong address. A representative explained to me that they do not keep records of their calls. If you all decide to use this pharmacy, please have the representative repeat back your orders and mailing address twice before ending your phone call.

Coastal is awesome. On 2 separate occasions they were able to fill prescriptions for me for significantly less than Walgreens or CVS. They work with manufacturer's coupons and discount programs while other chain pharmacies do not. I highly recommend Coastal Pharmacy.

Customer service from Desiree was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was unable to speak with a manager because she stated he was on the other line in a very slow condescending manner. Will not be utilizing this pharmacy again. I can only imagine how she treats other patients. Recommendation is to Obtain alternate employment where you don't have to work people.

First time time getting my Accutane prescription so was referred by doctor to go here (Norfolk, VA). Pharm tech (young boy) was telling me "they were the cheapest place to go since they were a discounted pharmacy"….and "if I go elsewhere it would be the same as my insurance" (which was more than double)…he even told me the places. I checked online after the fact, and found out one of these places he mentioned was way cheaper. I could of saved $22! Didn’t like the fact I was told wrong information and that he was making false statements claiming they were really cheaper. I went elsewhere on my 2nd Accutane, this time I asked the doc for a paper prescription b/c was going elsewhere. When I went to the new pharmacy, I was upset they told me that there was already a claim for it. It was a Saturday and they were closed. New pharmacy had to wait till Monday for them to release the claim. How the heck did this pharmacy put a claim on my meds when I never told them to fill it? Super annoyed…esp when I had miss a few days w/o meds.
