Went there to fill a prescription for My mother inlaw because Rite Aid did not have it on stock and they did. The staff is so rude. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. I'll stick with going to Rite Aid. At least the staff there is nice. I wouldn't go into that pharmacy again if you paid me.

It's really too bad that Smilin' Steve's service, is not the same anymore.

This place takes forever to get pills so I snuck in one night and took a handful of Adderall. I woke up in the backroom tied up as the old lady that usually greets my family was swinging her bat around. She then untied me and fed me some peanut butter and jelly and haven't seen the real world since.

I can't express how helpful Smiling Steve was when we transferred pharmacies, my father suffers from dementia, and they whole team was wonderful in their kindness, sympathy of our plight and compassion to make it as painless as possible to make the transition. Thank you all so!

I love Rutlland Pharmacy it is located in a good spot on Allen Street. They have great employee and Smiling Steve the founder of the chain is there a few times a week and he is always smiling when I see him and he knows me by name as do all the workers there do as well already the older nicer ladies there do not so much the you get girls they seem to be there how do I say it for the pay check.

This pharmacy has a very nice staff and the owner pharmacist "Smilin' Steve" is often on hand to answer questions. This is one of the few compounding pharmacies around and their pharmacists are top notch. The store is like a quaint old time pharmacy. ..They have a great selection of natural and homeopathic remedies as well home medical supplies. There is also a nice variety of cards, Vermont gifts as well as small toys for sick children who are waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the wait time.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. First of all, the antibiotic for my 4 month old child runs out to soon every time we fill it. Weird, seeing how a NURSE administers the dose. They say it's my fault I'm doing something wrong. No actually I'm not. They have horrible staff with poor attitudes that do nothing to help. Had a script sent 5 times in one day because they kept saying it says something different than what it was suppose to be, called my doctor a liar (PEDIATRICS), and refused to fill my child's dose. Also when he was 10 days old they refused to give him his prescription of tamiflu. FLU MEDICINE FOR A NEWBORN. all because he didnt have his insurance card yet, hes 10 days old, of course he doesnt have the card yet he was just born!! Grrr. Forget them, go to Wilcox they were so accommodating, the staff is so friendly, interacts with the baby when nobody even said as much as hello to him at rutland pharma.

Went there to try and fill a prescription for my grandfather, the older pharmacist was completely rude, if you can't be nice then you are in the wrong line of work lady. I will never, never go back.

This pharmacy is SOOOO unorganized. I have had so many problems with them filling my prescriptions it's not even funny! I have been with this company for almost 20 years now and it is nothing like it used to be. I preordered medication so I could just pick it up and go (I had a long trip ahead of me and children waiting). I called before going and the pharmacist told me it was all set and all I had to do was pick it up. I got there and had to wait almost 20 minutes for that same prescription that I had preordered! While I waited I had to use the bathroom! (I have bladder spasms and if I don't get to a bathroom soon I will have an accident!) They know my disabilities and still they would not let me use their bathroom! That was the end of using this pharmacy! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IT GETTING MONEY!

B Horton

Ummm.. they make you wait 15min AND no public restroom. WTH? Lady told me to go use McDonald's restroom. I won't be back.

Nicole Hallock

I hate going here. Changing to a new place. The people here are rude as hell. I only went there cause someone told me it was a good place. Nope they are not good. Trust me you don't want them.

Sent by Vermont Orthopedic with a prescription for a boot for my leg. On crutches, navigating a very icy entryway. Inside I make my way to the back of the store that says "prescriptions" only to be told, they handle that at the front of the store. Hand my script over and they ask for insurance and i explain it is work man's comp only to be told they don't handle that. When asked why and I quote, "Its too much of a pain in the ass to get the money". Wonderful. So I'm not too injured to drive from Rutland all the way back to Manchester to get the money for the boot but what if I was? I dont have personal insurance, so what if I didnt have the $150 in my wallet to pay for it? Besides, the lady fitting for the boot was a hot mess, not only did she try and get me into something that was obviously too big but kept sticking the Velcro to the carpet! I have lost all faith!

Courtney martin

Did not give me my supplies because someone was not working in billing and she was rude!!!
