Staff is alwAys friendly. And help as much as they can
I was at another pharmacy and they did not have what I needed and recommended Taylor Drug. This was my first time here and I was very pleased at how fast they were. I have filled two other prescriptions at two different pharmacies this last week (related to my husband's recent surgery) and this was my best experience.
They always take great care of my family. Ask Elliot about how rubber band balls can improve your life. He may not know the answer, but he's rad.
They are kind, friendly and quick. Unlike the corporate chains they are here to help, not act like you’re a nuisance and tell you to “get in line!” The drive thru is often times faster than McDonald’s! I love Taylor Drug.
Sometimes your prescriptions are ready. Usually they forget to apply the discount card and you get to wait for them to rerun it.
Excellent in every way
good small responsive neighborhood pharmacy
Very nice place! Very fast. Drugs are classified in various ways. One of the key divisions is by level of control, which distinguishes prescription drugs (those that a pharmacist dispenses only on the order of a physician, physician assistant, or qualified nurse) from over-the-counter drugs (those that consumers can order for themselves). Another key distinction is between traditional small-molecule drugs, usually derived from chemical synthesis, and biopharmaceuticals, which include recombinant proteins, vaccines, blood products used therapeutically (such as IVIG), gene therapy, monoclonal antibodies and cell therapy (for instance, stem-cell therapies). Other ways to classify medicines are by mode of action, route of administration, biological system affected, or therapeutic effects. An elaborate and widely used classification system is the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System (ATC system). The World Health Organization keeps a list of essential medicines. Drug discovery and drug development are complex and expensive endeavors undertaken by pharmaceutical companies, academic scientists, and governments. As a result of this complex path from discovery to commercialization, partnering has become a standard practice for advancing drug candidates through development pipelines. Governments generally regulate what drugs can be marketed, how drugs are marketed, and in some jurisdictions, drug pricing. Controversies have arisen over drug pricing and disposal of used drugs.
I have been coming here since I was in elementary school (they have candy too!) and have always loved it! The people are nice and they are pretty quick no matter what you need!
This place has a very fiendly staff, short waiting times, a drive through, and always has what I need in stock. Back every month!
I love this place! I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy. They are fast, friendly, and helpful.
Always fast and helpful. Even stayed open a few minutes late since the doctors office forgot to send in the prescription. The techs were kind enough to call and track it down and get me on my way.
Quick reliable service and they have very friendly courteous staff
They do a pretty good job and have fair prices. Some of the employees are nice.
Very quick and affordable
Always fast and personable. They work fast and go out of their way to help. Truly a wonderful team to have on your side.
I appreciated walking in to this place and hearing one of the ladies in the back jamming out to Bon Jovi. Rock on and keep up the good work! Oh, they also had the arm sling I needed and were pleasant about helping me find it.
No problems. They are available from 9 am to 9 pm. They do compounds which came in handy for our newborn.
Friendly helpful staff
Fast and friendly
I have been going to Taylor Drug for a few years now and have always been impressed by the customer service. The technicians are super friendly and always helpful. The last time I was in I needed help finding something and this cute little old lady and a tall girl were so nice to me and helped me right away. Thank you Taylor Drug!
Service was SO bad. Three people went to find out an answer, but got lost in other conversations with other employees and never returned. They couldn't find an order and wouldn't answer why it wasn't there. When we asked about an unfamiliar prescription, getting information was like pulling teeth.
This literally is the fastest Pharmacy in the world I kid you not rather you go in or through their drive thru I can walk in with five prescriptions in hand and be back out the door in 6 minutes any other Pharmacy I've been to take hours and that six minutes that's with five or six people ahead of me I'm not joking you guys this is the fastest Pharmacy in the West
I will never go through another pharmacy. Love it!
Staff seemed young and inexperienced, perhaps it was the late hour. It took Parker a couple of minutes to type in whatever info he needed from my drivers license. When I asked to speak with a pharmacist about what was in my medication I believe he googled it on his phone. First visit was a better experience other than they only had 8 of the 80 pills I needed which required my second visit. All in all.....experience was unremarkable really either good or bad.
Seemed decent. Didn't have a small version of the bottle the doctor prescribed so I had to buy a huge version.
Terrible pharmacy! Employees are not friendly or willing to help you.
I love how small and personal this place is. They aren't perfect and sometimes don't explain what went wrong until you're there, but for the most part they try to keep you happy in a stressful situation.
gave us the wrong prescription, and charged us 3 times as much as our old pharmacy. Irresponsible, and greedy. I do not recommend.
Great place to get prescriptions. Nice to work with.
Quaint, nice place. Has lidocaine lollipops - necessary if you every have a tonsillectomy!
Best pharmacy in town!!! I believe in keeping the small local guy open, their location and hours are convenient for my family. We have a handicapped child that has a severe seizure disorder, the folks at Taylor drug have been both helpful and informative in a pinch. Even going as far as to get ahold of the on call doctor, on a Sunday when the doctor had failed to call in our prescription.
The owners of this Drug Store remember when selection mattered. I was looking to put together some complete first-aid kits, and found it difficult to find everything I needed. Big-box stores sell various bandages and salves, but fall short on many items. If you're looking for small packets of Neosporin, compact mouth barrier devices, tiny scissors, large non-sterile triangular bandages, etc... Taylor Drug is your place! They also carry interesting knickknacks and a small selection of toys for the kids.
I had ankle surgery and the post-op nurse called in a prescription for a knee scooter to Taylor Drug. I called to verify it was there and spoke to Chase, a pharmacy tech. He told me they had it and it was $350 to purchase it or $250 deposit plus $20/week to rent. I was confused because my insurance covers durable medical equipment so I asked for clarification. He was rude and condescending when he told me they could not bill insurance. Why carry the scooters and allow them to be prescribed if you can't bill for them (which is the primary reason for getting a prescription for it)? I'm going elsewhere.
Very friendly staff
Good drug store
Go during the day, kind of sketchy at night. They need some lights in the parking area.
We love Taylor Drug! They are friendly and really take care of all our pharmacy needs. Highly recommend Taylor Drug!!!
Super nice staff and very personal. They also give you free candy!!
Oh my goodness they were so rude. I have never been treated this bad as a customer. My urgent care provider told me that these guys were open until 9pm and I've had issues going to different pharmacies in the past, but it was a Sunday and this pharmacy is right next to the hospital. I have been having excruciating pains in my stomach and needed this medication hence the urgent care. I was greeted with annoyance and told that it would be an hour before the prescription would be ready, at 7:15pm after already being at the hospital for well over 2 hours. He took my prescription and walked away without answering any questions I had or ringing me up for the item I also wanted to purchase, but I figured they were busy and didn't think much of it. I overheard a conversation with another patient about how they gave away prescribed meds to someone else while I was leaving!! How does that even happen? Anyway, when I came back at 8:15pm, their door was UNLOCKED and I was glared at by EVERYONE at the counter. I greeted THEM, then the pharmacist proceeded to tell me that they closed 15 minutes ago and looked at me like I was stupid. I told them the situation, and he asked me if someone here told me that while he was standing there with the same face. He denied that he told me that and they got mad at ME for having to "open up another register" (which is literally doing nothing I know how a register works). I should have asked for the prescription paper back and left. Horrible people with attitude and no care for their patients. Be kind to others.
I use this pharmacy for the whole family. Very conveniently located and really cares about their customers.
SO SLOW. Save your time and fill your prescriptions somewhere else. There wasn't even a line, and I still waited 20 minutes. Terrible, insincere service.
Best pharmacy ever. Fast and Friendly.
If you want a pharmacy that can fill your prescription in 10 minutes or less, even when it is busy, then go here. The pharmacy techs and Pharmacists are great, polite and helpful.
Generally a good pharmacy. Drive through is incredibly slow. It would be nice if when someone gives them a paper script to fill they would ask the person to loop back around to the end of the line while they fill it. I've waited in line many times for over 20 minutes for this very reason. I use the drive through because I have two toddlers. Getting them out of the car, into the building, fighting them to keep their fingers out of the candy on the bottom shelves, dealing with them throwing a fit all while trying to pay for my pills is just not worth it.
I have filled my prescriptions here every month for years until today. My son likes to buy the tootie frooties. A certain employee who was clearly sick pulled every single tootsie out of the bag and sniffled and wheezed all over them while counting them. I will leave her unnamed. I feel like this type of behavior is very dangerous and at a pharmacy could lead to serious problems for people who may already have health issues.
Beyond thrilled at how they took care of me. We always have issues trying to get prescriptions filled because of being a same sex couple. They went to bat and for us and got step by step instructions so we can easily fill perscriptions in the future. The worst thing is being sick trying to get a perscription filled and having to fight with insurance companies. Thank you Taylor drug for fighting that fight, and giving me future instructions how to overcome!!!! You guys are seriously the best!!
They fill my prescription quickly and are in a convenient location.
Picked up my fathers Chemo here, everyone was nice and having a location that could dispense that was awesome
Taylor Drug is efficient on filling your prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time. The only complaint from me would be the lack of happy staff members. I don't think I've ever seen one staff member smile or just act like they care about the customer. A smile can go a long way for some people :)
Staff treats and helps you as if you are family and friends! Very knowledgeable and great in person or on the phone with questions and concerns. The drive through is so great when you or your sick kiddo don't feel like getting out and walking around.
We had a prescription that had to be compounded. They were the only pharmacy in the area that compounds, so we had the prescription sent there. It was a friendly, small town feel.
Taylor Drug is the most exceptional pharmacy. Each time I enter the building I am greeted by the cheerful and friendly staff. I have never run into a problem during my time going to Taylor Drug! The employees are fun, positive, and always happy to be of help to me. I am always thoroughly impressed by the interior and exterior cleanliness, the outstanding customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere that Taylor Drug provides. Fantastic, wonderful, incredible. These are the words I'd use to describe my experiences here. Well done, Taylor Drug. Thank you for doing what you do. You are my favorite hometown pharmacy and I would give 10 stars if I could.
Best pharmacy ever..! Always such nice and helpful people.
We LOVE Taylor Drug. Super fast and easy. The people are great too. Thanks!!
Fast and convenient service. Medications were ready for pick up upon leaving the hospital.
I drive out of my way to go here because they are fast and I have never gotten a "sorry we're out".
Super nice and efficient.
They completely messed up the price of a drug by 10 times and wanted to charge us $1,500 instead of $150. Only after 2 hours of talking with insurance providers did they realize their mistake. It was a very sensative drug that was handled very poorly.
It's fast and friendly service plus they have yummy treats that tempt you while you wait!
Customer service was awful! Also been filling my prescriptions here for 10+ years and they told me I wasn’t in their system and weren’t willing to look or be helpful at all. After waiting for 20 minutes with no instructions from the rude lady helping me they told me my prescription was out of stock. Classless and unhelpful is how I would describe the people working here.
Has convenient hours!!!
My husband was taking opioid pain killers for about 2 months because he had two knee replacement surgeries back to back. The doctor told him to make sure he TAPERED off the medication to avoid awful withdrawal symptoms. This pharmacy refused to fill his prescription so he was forced to go cold turkey. That was exactly what his doctor said not to do for good reason. I watched my husband suffer with withdrawal symptoms almost worse than the surgeries. The pharmacist offered to call the doctor and let him know how to do his job. I will never go back.
I dropped off a prescription to get filled. I call to check in on it since I was about to leave, and I was told that it wasn't filled. Excuse me? I asked why, and it's because the prescription wasn't proper because there was no date. They said the tried to call the office one time. ONE TIME? If they had bothered to do their jobs, I would have been able to go back to the clinic and get the missing information. But the office is now closed, and I'm on a wild goose chase. If I'm going to do their job for them, they should just hire me. This pharmacy always gives me the wrong amount. If the prescription says 90 pills.. they give me 60. It's always hit and miss with this pharmacy and I'm done.
