I ordered in 2 prescriptions. One was ready for pickup by Friday March 2nd @ 8:30 am..... the 2nd needed to be veified fir refills from the Dr. I stopped in after work arriving about 5:10 pm March 2nd. They were not ready, so did some shopping and returned by about 5:15 pm. There was a customer at the counter so I waited. The pharmacy tech and customer continued visiting. Finally by about 5:31pm I asked Pat Arko if they were able to get them for me.... he said yes they were.... the pharmacy tech and customer talked a few seconds longer. The purpose of ordering ahead is to have the medication ready for pick up. I usually have a good experience, but tonight definitely was not one of them. Customer service is very important...

For the most part, the pharmacy personnel are professional and treat people kindly, but there is one Pharmacist that is quite rude and unprofessional in his demeanor. I will probably be changing pharmacies soon, because that is usually who I end up dealing with.
