Have lived in the area all my life and somehow never knew this pharmacy was here! I stopped in to day to buy some vitamins and was impressed by the high quality selection - totally different that the run of the mill vitamins you find at CVS/Walgreens and the like. Everybody was so friendly and they seemed to be taking great care of the people getting there medicines filled. I know where i will be going the next time i need a script!

SO fast! No wait! Drove up to window without calling & they STILL filled within minutes! LOVE them! Great pricing too-yesterday my prescription was better priced than Good RX app could pick up anywhere! They are knowledgeable, professional & kind too! (Also great priced/fun items for kids inside & I found apple cider vinegar pills there that I was looking for & could no longer find anywhere else) So glad I found them!

Stopped in a few days ago for the first time to pick up something for my mother. The pharmacist, Elizabeth, was so friendly and helpful. I love how fast they are but I feel like I always have to deal with young staff who end up giving me the wrong needles for my prescription like everytime. It's rather fustrating. Especially since my nurse who called in the order out on on the prescription. Other than that it's a clean quiet pharmacy. Don't know if I have ever interacted with the pharmacist or not. Hopefully though it will be one of my last times picking up this past week and no more compound progesterone shots for me.

The staff are not competent nor detail oriented. I've been trying for two weeks to get a prescription refilled for my wife. I have been down there three times to get it and still don't have it. The first time I was there they told me it was too soon for a refill. I argued with them and told them they were incorrect. They said she had just refilled it a month ago and it was a 90-day supply. I told them that was incorrect because I'm the one that picks it up. They told me they would have it ready in three days. This time my wife went to get it. They interrogated her on how she used the prescription. Still wouldn't give it her. We checked the used bottle at home. Dispensed A YEAR AGO. These people can't tell the difference between 2014 and 2015!! And they are dispensing prescriptions that have to do with people's lives?!?!?!

Love the staff! I left there with my prescription and before I got too far down the road, they called me and said they had given me an expired Rx, I quickly came back and they refunded me my $35 and gave me a Non-expired Rx free of charge! They are kind of far, but more then worth the drive!

This was an interesting little pharmacy. It's tucked away in a strip of storefronts and if it weren't for the "OPEN" sign in the bottom of one of the windows I probably would have assumed they went out of business. Once you are inside, though, it has a very small town feel with a few folks in the back working diligently. The lady that helped me, while having a smile that tended to make me forget whatever I was trying to say was also highly professional and knowledgeable. In Utah I'm used to very cute girls working the front desk, though you can tell immediately that this lady was there because of intelligence and ability, not because daddy owns the place. The gentleman that helped me was willing to take the time to explain the prescriptions and make sure that I understood them well. I've always gone to Smith's to fill my prescriptions and the change was nice. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy.

Ships my prescriptions maybe 50% of the time even when I pay for them to be shipped. If you pick them up, it's great, but I don't trust to ship. having to go over a week without hormone meds, is not fun.

Today was my first time there and I was on my way out of town. My prescription had to be made and I was in a hurry to leave town and could not wait. The pharmacist found a pharmacy where I am going and arranged for it to be filled there. She texted me the pharmacy’s information so I knew where to go. She went above and beyond! I love this pharmacy. Their customer service is superior to any other pharmacy I've tried. They always get my refills done amazingly quick. I'm usually in and out in five minutes flat. Great friendly service with quick delivery of prescriptions. And since I have Walmart and Walgreens service to compare to them I can honestly say to all who read this: these guys are awesome!

By far the most courteous, informed and responsive staff of any pharmacy I've dealt with in many years of prescriptions. I have not once called South Valley and heard their voicemail as some one is ready and willing to answer my questions every time. Pharmacists there were very knowledgeable about supplements and bio-identical hormones. From my experience they really take care of their patients as the pharmacist took my expensive prescription and spoke with my doctor's office to change the prescription to a more affordable price, I'll take a 40 dollar savings any day. I have gotten prescriptions cheaper compounded here than I've had with my pharmacy discount card. I attempted to pick up my compounded scripts the same day, my mistake, and they gave me a coupon for a discounted smoothie across the parking lot while I waited. Top shelf service; highly recommend. Thank you kindly!
