You know that we do not usually bother to put reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Pharmacy belongs to the category of Grocery store.
They beat me with ham
Highly satisfied
The store was recently renovated and has greatly improved its selection. I have received great service here for years and trust them with the majority of my grocery business. The only knock against this store is that Harmons nearby has a better selection of several items (bakery, deli, cultural foods), but Smiths has better pricing and is equal service-wise.
Love my local Smith's all but one extremely grouchy rude cashier an older woman with red hair and glasses she should not work with the public ever!
Every time I visit BIG GREEN I stop in for some ice cold crispy suds to crack with the boys
It's hard to find a store that goes out of their way to help the customer and Smith does that. We have been very very pleased shopping at Smith.
This is the best grocery store. Love my local store and that they recognize me and go out of their way to help
Great selection of products including their house brands. Prices are very competitive . The stores are well organized and clean. I love the associates at all the Smith's I've shopped at and I've been to several here in Utah. I'm a very happy Smith's customer.
Love it
Good grocery store. Only gig in town
I love Smith's. It's always clean, it's open late (midnight) and they have the best prices most of the time. Definitely my favorite grocery store!
Why is the Velveeta away from all the other cheeses?
I go because of their prices, but recently they changed the entire layout and completely got rid of the health food isle (had things like supplements, natural / organic foods and the BEST snacks, coconut water, natural skincare, etc) and those products aren't anywhere else in the store. I'm pretty unhappy about that. Their produce is good, but not their meat.
Amazing place and delightful people
I call to order donuts for Halloween and specifically asked if the donuts were baked fresh every day. They told me yes. I asked what time the donuts were put out on the shelves they told me 6am, bakery doesn’t even open until 7am. So I decided to order 5 dozen donuts and was so disappointed for find that they were just plain nasty and old old old. The chocolate frosting was white like it old or frozen for a long time. The glaze on the donuts was already flakes off and the jelly in the jelly filled donuts was hardened due to age. What kid won’t eat a donut??? These we so nasty that I still have 4 1/2 dozen left on my counter and the dogs turn their noses up and won’t eat them either.
Excellent grocery store with decent bulk food options and very good managers special sections. Onsite gas station allows you to fill your car with gas at a discount using store points card. My only complaint is that I just wish they had a bigger parking lot.
Has what you need
Easy access from US-89/Legacy Hwy. Good variety of brands. Convenient.
We need more than one store in green river.. they have,a,hard time keeping it stocked and more variety. The parking on a hill is horrible in the winter. And summer.. had alot of dings in my doors cuz they try to pack in so close and so many . The carts, always, want to roll off. So the cars in and around get hit .I realize some of this is people, yet not trying to jam so many in one could stop alot of the problems..
Worst Smith's ever.
Grand reopening..busy..lots of nice new things.
I like this store and easy to go to before I go to work
The best place to shop in the city, but it's the only place in the city. The entryway seemed extremely blocked, making it difficult to get in with a shopping cart. It could be worse, but not as good as most other Smith's locations
No stars for them! Only one check stand open on a weekend
Nice grocery store with a pharmacy. I shop here all the time for groceries and household necessaries.
The bag boy Max, who helped us to the car. Was as cute as a button
Good neighbors, honest people, great atmosphere, easy in-easy out. Casual yet quality products and most of all wonderful and warm smiles, ☺
A great local grocery store. Tge parking lot can get a little hectic, so watch out. Everything you would expect from a Smith's.
NO LONGER ACCEPTS VISA CREDIT CARDS!?!?!? Dear Smith's, figure out how to treat your customers or take a hike. As for me, I'm taking my business elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money. Also the item sorting was pretty terrible.
This is a convenient location that has improved with the recent updates. The produce is fresh and they have kind staff. The employees are kind and helpful.
Today, as well can be expected, it is acutely busy. I was able to find the basic produce, dairy, and meats on my own; however, some crucial items were impossible to locate; yet, devoid of asking, a manager deduced from my facial expression that I was in need of help and selflessly and devoid of echelon, not only showed me however, escorted me to these items. He, himself, by his actions demonstrated the cognizance of the business acumen and the cross-cultural knowledge and acceptance of diversity. I am Ethiopian. Thank you.
Great selection and food is always fresh. The reason for four stars is about the lines. There is often only one cashier, so when I have a large cart of groceries and can't do the self check it can take a while. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
They no longer accept Visa credit. Cya.
Nice and clean and easy to find what you need. The employees are also really nice and helpful.
Everyone's always so friendly here
Always friendly staff.. Always have just what I need--- and often times really good manager specials!
I shop here all the time. They have some organic and more natural foods that are super good.
Nice
Service was good
Friendly, speedy customer service
Excellent
Worst Smith's in Utah! I live a block away from this Smith's. Every time I go in there the shelves are bare. No Rice krispies, cream of chicken soup. Today there were 5 items I needed not on the shelves. I have never had this problem at the Bountiful or Kaysville store. They have lost my business. Get it together! Build a bigger store for the area!
Convenient and employees are friendly and helpful
It's easy to shop at smith
The staff is wonderful, great customer service, and great prices.
Pharmacy personal and pharmacist were very helpful explaining a new medication. Very kind, personal and professional.
I love Smith's and it's my go to grocery store. Really good prices and always have what I need. Plus the combo savings on gas and food are really helpful with the Smith's Card.
Good
Just went to get a couple things and couldn't help notice the produce dept was amazingly clean and organized couldn't help but get some fruit.and veggies..good job Smith's produce dept.five stars
Love the pharmacy. Their coupons and regular prices are saving me so much over the pharmacy at my clinic, and they'll text me when my scrips are ready. And then you never wait for more than a couple of minutes to check out at the grocery. 5 stars, and they earn it again and again.
Great place
RIDICULOUSLY expensive; you get better bargain by going to Wal-Mart down the street.
Smith's is a pretty average Kroger grocery store. The layout can be frustratingly quirky though. For instance, you would expect to find cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and yogurt in proximity to each other but they are, in fact, in opposite corners of the store. Most of the eggs are in one place, but the most popular size is in another area by itself. There are 3 different places to look for salsa. It's time to rethink all that. They're also apparently not interested in supporting tap-to-pay. They've completely removed support for Apple Pay. They claim to support Android Pay but it apparently only works at certain check stands. Harmon's is only a mile or so away and supports payment by phone.
Good product selection. Friendly staff.
No long lines and pharmacy right there
Good stuff and prices are good
Fast friendly service with pretty good merchandise. Kind of expensive. But awesome location
Great grocery store
Old, but pretty clean store. Nice employees and fairly well organized aisles. Good location. Their produce is usually great and their cheese selection is amazing. They carry Boar's Head, which is the best. And their Simply Organic is a great, relatively inexpensive organic brand.
Clean, well-stocked, and friendly neighborhood grocer. They have a great fuel rewards program and competitive prices. We especially love the fresh variety found in the deli.
Worst dealer ever. Bought Brand new hd diesel from here. Took it back for its first oil change and they didn't put any oil back in the truck.. Rather than being honest and reputable they spent all their time and money fighting me and screwing me rather than doing the right thing... Never go to a Jerry seiner dealer. What a shameful crooked place.. Buy elsewhere..
Nice people. Good Services. It is great that they have a sushi bar now. I love their sushi.
The store is clean. In this moment they are doing a remodel so it is a little cluttered.
Very friendly customer service. The prices are a bit high, but it's the only grocery store in town.
I really appreciate how nice the store looks and feels. I prefer a grocery store experience instead of the big stores. Smith's has a great selection that is just what I need.
The employees here are always so nice and friendly.
Great customer service...
I just ran in for eggs stories clean friendly employees could use another cashier I will definitely go back
I miss the pop machine you took out...
Quick, easy, and good prices
A really nice Smith's. High end products at this one too. Smith's is good all around. The meat, produce, and prices are great!
Great service! Love Wade in the flower department, he's always kind to my boys. Kids can look for Doug the pug and go to customer service to get a piece of candy.
Nice people, store has more than I expected for a small town
Everyone is so very friendly and helpful
The store is cold
Not to many choices for gluten free foods.
Simply the best shopping experience I've ever had! Amazing staff, free fruit for my kids each time we visit, yummy samples, great deals, a play area for the kids, clean store, and so much more!!!
Smiths always has great produce and decent prices. The location can be a little tricky to get to from I15, but once you figure out how to get there it's easy. Just make sure to not get on the frontage road (in front of the building) headed North the road is an on ramp for I89
Smith's is a good place to get cereal. Depending on what smiths it is there is a starbucks in it. They make really good sushi, with spicy wasabi.
Kroger and the Kroger brands rock!
I really like the scan, bag, and go at Smiths. Why didn't they think of this sooner!
This is a fine smaller Smith's. They have great clearance items. The store isn't as large as the Kaysville Smith's, nor are the workers as friendly. Great sushi.
Love Smith's fair prices and great summer service!
$9.50 for a loaf of bread? Seriously? It may be gluten free, but Udi's is not worth it. NO loaf of bread is worth $9.50. Why the $3.50 price hike in a week?
This is the only grocery store in town. It is always jammed with customers. Parking is an ordeal. Staff is excellent. They sometimes run out of produce so go early for that but there is good choice&quality if you do go early.
I shop here a lot. Excellent variety of groceries, fresh produce, and good variety of things to get in their bakery. I love the chicken curry soup when they have it available. Oh, and the bulk candy in the nutrition section is awesome!
Pretty good selection, great staff. About the only place to get groceries in town.
Although its marginally improved a lot of the service is still unhelpful and they seem to never stock properly which is an issue with necessities. The atmosphere is always hectic which can feel unprofessional as well.
It was the usual trip to Smith they had one check out station open and lines of people in the self-serve isles doing their job for them it's usually the same every time Smiths expects their customers to do the work for them so they don't have to hire anybody from the community so let's make America great and everybody go to work for Smith's
Great shopping
Wrong time to reorganize a store.
Being at smiths. You get what you need at a good prise. Serives are great. Great people. Parking was awesome too. Courteous
Probably the best store in Sandy hands down.
Good produce, convenient. Don't love the employee smoke lounge outside by front entrance on lounge chairs and bathrooms have been very dirty lately.
Everyone at Smith's in Green River us super friendly and helpful!!I highly recommend the fresh meat deli, have Ivan cut your meat and cheese for you. He's the best!!
Shel e were not stocked real great. I hate self check out but, oh well
This store frequently don't have what I'm looking for. Today Smith's didn't have sugar free chocolate syrup for ice cream, making chocolate milk.
We love this place! The price is just right, the service is great! Even on the busiest days it's not bad! Parking isn't great that's the one down side
Always good. Good people. Always friendly
Great staff, good store, not very clean, and not the best smiths I have been to.
Smith's has done a nice job with their remodeling.
Honestly I grew up in Farmington and this was our grocery store of choice. I've never had an issue. However, I've had a $100 gift card for a year or so now and haven't used it since I don't live close to a Smith's. Yesterday I went to use it and I was told that their gift cards expire after 90 days. So....you pocketed $100 and are just going to keep that money someone spent for me to use at your store? Ya...really not cool and super disappointing.
Very friendly. Don't carry much outside the basics. Sometimes the produce is not in great shape.
love this place
Nice store with good variety of fresh vegetables, meats and cheese.
Good people, good service.
Outstanding as always
Everyone is very nice and helpful
Smith's is ok. I just want to pay one price. Not the super special price for signing up
Great for quick grocery stops!
Always friendly and always willing to meet the needs ive had from special orders to finding products that meet special needs.Consistently a friendly place.all staff members are more than willing to accommodate shoppers with special needs .excellent with elderly or people with limited abilities.manGers keep t the flow of shoppers so that checking out fast and wait time is minimal
Always a pleasant and clean store. The staff is nice and the prices are good.
Love Smiths but no longer accept VISA Credit cards... or any other credit cards... so plan ahead before you go shopping
Very poor customer service, I used the self serve checkout lane and the machine had a malfunction. It then said "help is on the way"...repeated 12 times over 5 min, finally I went to the service desk and reported the problem to the worker gal who was just chit chatting with another worker, she came over to the self service lanes and went to another person who didn't even ask for help or need help. Needless to say I left and won't be back.
I love Smiths!! $$
The selection is sufficient for the area, but the staff are wonderful and incredibly friendly.
Oh my goodness it doesn't clean. The floor's look dirty as well
Love the staff they're always bright and cheery. Store is clean a as is the parking lot. That's a winning combination!
Always great produce!
Had a coupon for dog treats, and they didn't have them (Caesars). Not good experience at Smith's
Nice grocery store!
The people there are so friendly and helpful. The store is super clean, bright and easy to move through. I like the freshness of the deli and the meat counter and the vegs. I travel about 20 miles to go there.
Great grocer
They have anything and everything you possibly need, great prices and always great sales going on. Plus the whole staff are super helpful and are super with making sure you are satisfied!!
The only grocery store in town they constantly move their products around being that it's the only grocery store in town they're a little more expensive
Great store,Great customer service.
They have great customer service as well as a fantastic selection serious on top of that the prices are usually at least 20 to 30% less than Harmons. My go-to store regardless
Great as usual.
Full blown grocery store with the convenience of a gas station!
I have better experiences at Smith's all around the valley. This one is centered around a smaller community, but has the big city, not so friendly feel.
Quick and convient. Not the best selection but this is a very small town.
Typical market place. Good service. A good variety of things.
Always good service as they have enough staff for checkout and bagging groceries. Staff is always friendly n couteous
Love Smith's, I always find what I'm looking for.
Decent grocery store all around.
Best home town grocer
I love the Fox Hollow store. Everyone is so pleasant and always hi and have a nice day. Produce is much fresher then Harming!
Great store close to home and always has short lines.
Love the new app I downloaded. Makes finding stuff really easy. Could only give 3 stars because when we got home our $11.00 steak wasn't in the bags. Got charged for it but never got to eat it.
I used to work there and was ran off by grocery Mgr he told how to live my life and told me to quit one of my jobs
Good selection, good service, convenient location.
Good
This Smith's in Farmington seems to be going downhill. 3 of the self-service registers were out of order and there was a line. Saturday night there were no carts inside and the only 1# Kroeger cheese available were extra sharp or swiss. Other than that it's good.
Another great store. Love all my Smith's experiences because of the consistency they setup their stores. Love it.
We picked up some boxes from the meat department and produce to help with you upcoming move. As we couldn't fit them all, Dax, who works in the meat department loaded what we couldn't fit into his truck and brought them to our house. That is going above and beyond! Thanks Dax.
People were not helpful. Employee ran over my ankle with a cart would not recommend this store.
Its a good place to shop
The store is being remodeled... again. Which makes me wonder big that was the reason everything was so expensive. I don't care about a pretty store. Keep it clean and keep the prices low. I guess I'll be doing more shopping at Walmart.
Good selection, decent prices for being the only grocery store in town. Staff is friendly as well.
Just went to Smith's to pick up a few things. Been a long week with a death in the family and Thanksgiving. The check out person ( Kristen?) Remembered me from three days ago and that I had forgotten an item. She offered to replace it or credit me for it and was so great about it. A little kindness won't be forgotten and has made me a loyal customer.
Changing everything around makes it a challenge to find things. It's all good
Great staff at this Smith's, very helpful. My mom is in her 80's and they treat her so nice. The store's kept very clean and in order.
I have never had anything close to a disappointing visit to Green River Smith's. From selection to employees, everything is top notch.
Great store. It now has a sushi bar, a fresh seafood counter, and many more vegan/vegetarian options. Staff are helpful
Omly one im town
The people here are friendly and very helpful. If I pass the employees that's how many times I get asked if I need help.
Very nice people, great sales
My cashier was extremely helpful! Just what I have come to expect at Smith's!
great service in a good location.
always clean, staff is always extremely friendly !
Pretty good. Produce and meat are generally good, but the parking lot is small.
It's all about customer service... their employees are attentive and polite
Very good service, variety of choices.
Great grocery store, and I love saving money at the gas station!
Very friendly fast service. Some products seem to be limited.
Does not have chairs for seniors to set when they get tired or while they are waiting for the bus to come.
I had some items to return/exchange and didn't have the receipt for a couple and they still exchanged them for me. Great customer service!
Good
Nothing special. In my opinion this is a below average store. It is important to note that I am accustomed to southern CA super markets.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. The Pharmacy has a great staff to work with. Sometimes you can't find what you are looking for but they are always very helpful.
CLEAN , CHEERFUL PEOPLE !
LoL, I have to laugh at this Smith's. How hard is to put you Bagels in the correct slots. My wife calls me and tells me she grabbed 2 of my Favorite Bagels (2 jalapeños & bacon)! I just looked in the bag once she got home from Work. And guess what??? They were Pepperoni bagels.
Smiths Grocery sushi is mmm, good! I had a hard time sharing.
It was very busy but everyone was very. Helpful and nice
Nice selection, with more vegan options than most other grocery stores... Plus a sushi station. Prices are ok, but not as good as winco.
Love this store :) great prices and customer service. The customer is always right here. Always helpful and nice. Love gas discount too.
Love this store! Always clean, always friendly!
Its close to home and I know the layout.
Lots of products, helpful staff, and a pretty large parking lot. Connected to a chain of restaurants and other stores, but is still enjoyable. There is a gas pump here.
The selection of different foods is good. The produce is generally great. The meat department is pretty good. You can’t get really expensive meat to fairly cheap. It seems to be fresh. That Carry a lot of local brands which is great! I do almost all my grocery shopping here.
I use to work there and the management was terrible, they cut my hours completely and would bully me to the point that I didn't want to work there anymore. I would also like to add that I have found ants in the the Food Deli section, literally inside the food, I don't know if they have fixed that problem but that's a bit of a heads up
Helpful employees, recently remodeled, good variety of food selections and good prices. I love their sushi!
Easy to get to location from Hwy 89. Standard supermarket (Kroger) with good quality. I have stopped here multiple times for pre-made protein shakes. They tend to have a good selection and something always tends to be on sale, so that's a bonus.
Much better than many of the other Smith's that I go to, but some times the cashier in charge of self check out get distracted talking to their friends so you have to wait towards of ten minutes waiting for them to clear the stand so you can continue. Other than that though, they are pretty good.
This store usually has everything I need.
Friendly staff, always smiling, willing to help. Somehow, here in the middle of nowhere, they manage to keep perfect produce.
Good visit, I do my grocery shopping and fill my perscriptions at Smith's
Great place to shop! Great prices and even better people!
Fantastic produce department
Great customer service!!
Terrific customer service with a smile!
Good hometown store. Only full grocery in town.
Awesome they just did some interior remodeling. New sushi available as you enter on your left. Pretty awesome quick sushi.
Clean and organized, have a large selection of groceries.
A good grocery store surrounded by many small businesses, including eateries, gyms, and a Smith's gas station. Smith's carries a variety of grocery items and a fine selection of organic and more health-conscious foods. It has a pharmacy that can be accessed inside as well as from a walk-up window outside. It offers a bakery, deli, and even floral arrangements. The parking lot is accessible just off Highway 89 and continues next to a one-way road back onto 89.
