They told me my medication was ready to pick up , when I got there . It wasn't not only ready but they don't even carry the brand I specifically asked them if they carried . Also they lied to me and said that my previous pharmacy didn't transfer my prescription so they couldn't fill my other prescriptions . I called the other pharmacy and they told me that they in fact gave them all my refills and transferred them over . This place is a very unorganized JOKE !

We've used Reed's Pharmacy for years because their pharmacists are so personable and caring. They offer services like bubble-packing, custom compound prescriptions, reminder phone calls and even synchronizing your meds so you can pick all of them up at the same time. They are always willing to meet or beat prices of other pharmacies and they were making home deliveries to those unable to pick up prescriptions long before they started advertising the fact that they DO make home deliveries. Others have complained about their staff in these postings, but the seasoned ones who have been there longer are especially friendly and helpful. We love Reed's Pharmacy!

the drive up is so convenient when you aren't feeling great or have small kids. the pharmacist is really helpful and was able to recommend a diaper rash cream for my daughter that actually helps. this is my favorite pharmacy in the valley.

Staff is not trained well. Was told that my insurance would only cover one subscription of my pills when I needed two because I was going out of town. So I had to pay for the second but they said I would be able to get a refund by bringing my receipt in when I got home. When I did as instructed they told me I wouldn't be able to get a refund. Staff needs to be better trained on policies like that!!

Reed's is the best I have ever used. I would not order my meds by mail because I would never do that to these awesome people who own and work here. It is like a piece of the past. They are kind, courteous, amazingly helpful, and just all around awesome. Eric and Mike have been such a great help to me and my family when it comes to making sure the meds I am taking are the best for me. They are great to contact my Dr if need be about my meds. I also have a cousin with special needs that gets her meds here and they are so good to make sure all hers are done in a way that the meds are never mixed up. Not only myself but many, many of my family members go here and we all love everything about Reed's.
