1/8/2018, 12:00 p.m to 1:00 p.m once again nobody here I think the golfer record to see how long we can take. The doctor's waiting again knowing that I have to go back up get the prescription for the doctor but it doesn't matter to them. And if it was somebody that they knew they got it done in 2 or 3 minutes didn't care if he was waiting there for an hour. It's like watching paint dry. They were so quick or molasses going uphill. And nobody there and they still have the excuse why I was going to take him 10 minutes so personal.

Worst customer service ever. Only one line to check out and with 5 people behind the counter, if you’re stuck behind someone who wants to discuss their prescriptions (even though there’s a separate consultation line they’re not using), then you are stuck waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Go to another pharmacy that respects their customers.

I don't know how pharmacies are supposed to work maybe they are inherently frustrating but it sure has been a struggle with my drugs both from tanner clinic and the pharmacy Update: i was giving them a chance on what was first just very annoying. Now they 92nd and completely failed at completely. I will never go back

I've been coming here for years. The owner Shawn is a very understanding and helpful pharmacist. I have been in crisis over prescription mistakes and they always work it out.

Slow slow slow. Unprofessional loud conversations by the employees that do more standing around without working. I thought it would be convenient to stop here after my Dr, instead it was a waste of time. Never again.

Been picking my prescriptions up here for quite some time and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and Shawn it one of the nicest guys around.

There are always 3 to 5 ladies behind the counter "working" and yet when there are NO CUSTOMERS waiting for Rx it still takes 20-30 minutes to get Rx it's astounding. Doesn't matter if the Doctor is waiting on that certain Rx to administer to patient or not. These ladies should start doing their jobs more effectively and efficiently rather than talking about how reliefsociety went and the newest pintrest they've add to their board. If you can't talk and do your job effectively there's a problem... Incredibly rude ladies working there, very sad.

Dont Worry about it

Incompetent personel!! And so rude! Lisa was so rude and condescending. We stopped in to pick up some prescriptions and rather than ask us for a name, or birthrate she treated us like we were in the wrong place. She said "are you sure?" When we told her why we were here. Ummmm, I'm pretty sure. Next she was given three perscrptions, but only brought one up to the counter. When we said that there were three she said "well I only have one" She's just a nasty person. She should not be working with people if she has to treat them that way.
