Awesome pharmacy and great service! I've been with them for almost 2 years now for isotretinoin and they've always been super easy to work with. They're always quick to pick up the phone and willing to help change information or make sure everything is correct. The last couple shipments from them have also had complimentary lip balms and sunscreen, which is a great personal touch. Overall, they ship fast, answer your calls, and give great service, so whay more could you ask from a pharmacy? Keep up the great work guys!

This reminds me of small town Pharmacy Where they know your name when you walk in. You will never get better service anywhere. They are quick, efficient and will bend over backwards for you, you won't find any where else. Once you go here, game over, you won't go anywhere else, guaranteed.

My doctor referred to to these guys, when I called in to set up payment the lady was quite impatient and rude and said their system was having trouble, at which point she put me on hold. After ten minutes I hung up, I called back an hour later to see if it was sorted out and got put on hold again and hung up after ten minutes again. I'll just stick to face-to-face script fills from people I trust.

My wife and I like to support local business so we tried out Meier's Pharmacy. After going there my wife told me it was frustrating how hard it was to get some help by an employee. Trying to remain optimistic, I went there myself to pick up a prescription. Both the owner and his brother working there were INCREDIBLY RUDE. I could not believe the mean things that were said to me and I left with my feelings hurt. Even if they were joking that is not the way to treat a customer anywhere (especially in a competitive market with Walgreens and Rite Aid literally next door). I usually don't post reviews about things online but they were just so mean to me that I feel compelled to do so. Looks like I will be going to Walgreens from now on.

Walgreen's new "we make you wait forever" policy to fill certain medications enticed me to walk 2 stores down to Meiers and I am so glad I did. They filled my prescriptions in no time flat and I actually spent a few dollars less. The staff was friendly, answered any questions I had, and gave back that "locally owned and operated" feeling that I used to have before Walgreen's bought out Holladay Pharmacy a while back. They filled mine so fast I didn't even have time to fire up any Angry Birds on my iPhone. Give these guys a shot and support a local company. You'll be glad you did.

PLEASE check with your ins. company before you believe Meier's staff telling you an rx isn't covered under your plan and then try to offer you a coupon instead. I had 2 prescriptions called in for my son and if I would've listened to Meier's assuring me neither one, nor the generics, were covered by my insurance I would've paid $150! After checking with my ins. I now only owe $10 co-pay for each.

I never have to wait long they’re pretty quick about getting my prescriptions ready. The parking lot is a bit of a squeeze. Their store has the cutest gifts for babies, kids and adults. I love their book selection for kids and the neatest art supplies. Some clothing, jewelry, charms and little coin purses. They have gummies and the sour apples are my favorite. If you need a unique gift on the fly check everything out while your waiting for you prescriptions.

Really great owners and staff, with fair prices and the satisfaction of knowing you’re supporting local business. On the downside, the lack of pervasive technical automation (eg, text notifications of Rx status, etc.) and limited hours take away from what could be a perfect 5 stars for me. No proactive update or communication when your Rx is ready, which is unexpected in the technological era. Also closing at 2pm on Saturday, 6 on weekdays and no hours on Sunday, is tough for professionals and brutal if you’re late on a Saturday - not open again until Monday at 9 am. Again, love the local owners, but the hours and tech offer room for improvement.

I'm so impressed!! My doctor told me that he doubted my insurance would cover my meds and to call Meier if it didn't. I thought, why would I check with a pharmacy over in Utah, but whatever. I checked with my local pharmacy and they told me it wasn't covered and would be $780 a month. A MONTH. So, I called Meier's. They set me up with a manufacturer coupon and I only have to pay $45/month!! They also checked if I would like the refills automatically filled and shipped. Yes please! I got my meds in 2 days. Thank you fo much for your help!!

This pharmacy is amazing!! Quick turn around time & they even mailed my Rx. I literally went on Tues & had it in my mailbox when I got home from work on Thurs evening. BUT, that's not even the best part... I was still waiting for my HSA card at the time of filling the Rx. As Murphy's law goes, my card came 2 days after I paid for the Rx with my debit. I called the pharmacy, explained the situation & they were so awesome about refunding the money I had just paid with my debit card. That allowed me to not only use my HSA card for the Rx, I didn't have to deal with the hassle of submitting my receipts, requesting a reimbursement & playing the waiting game for the funds. YAY! ☺ Kudos to the staff & I believe the gals name was Heidi who helped in my annoying debacle lol! She rocked at customer service! (something that is sadly becoming a past time I swear)

Each time I fill my prescriptions ...I get prompt, friendly, courteous, complete and thorough service. They have saved me money and time. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. You should try them and see for yourself. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

They are absolutely terrible when it comes to communication. They want you to leave a message to refill prescriptions, but if there's some sort of issue they don't call you to resolve it. You just don't get what you ordered and you're left to wonder. That's not good customer service. It's happened to me twice and neither one was my fault. All I got was, "uh, sorry. We've been busy". I'd go somewhere else.

I appreciate Meier's Pharmacy so much! I found out about them through my dermatologist. I have filled 3 prescriptions there in the last month. With all three I was absolutely thrilled with the prices. (We have no pharmacy benefits so I call around to get price quotes). The last one I got filled, I called around for cash prices - Walmart was $200, Walgreen's $126, Meier's and one other was very reasonable, but Meier's was the best at $15. Not even kidding. And they're nice. Love it! Thank you Meier's for being fair to the public!

Horrible with mailing prescriptions. I have now been waiting 3 weeks to get one prescription in the mail. First time they called me. So I called them back shortly after the lady had no idea why they had called me and told me my prescription was in transits and would be here soon. I called back a few days later after not receiving it to find out they were missing apart of my address and it got sent back. He supposedly wrote down the missing piece of the address and told me I would be getting it the next day. I didn't receive it so I waited one more day still not receiving it and called again. He never took down the missing piece to the address and never sent it. There for I have to wait even longer. Hope I receive it this time. Will never use this pharmacy again nor will I refer anyone to this pharmacy.

Great service. Meier's was suggested to us by our doctor. They sent the prescription to them and I called later with my insurance information. They ship it to us by USPS at no cost and it arrived the next day even though I had called them in the late afternoon. And it was even less than the already low price we were told!!!

The 2 techs who helped me giggled and flirted with each other the entire time. One was wearing a box on her head. Yeah...? They struggled to pay attention to me and had to ask for my information (name and DOB) 3 times before they could enter it to look up my prescription info. They couldn’t find the prescription, though I had called in the day before and it was confirmed that it would be ready. After about 20 minutes of distractedly helping me, they found my items. When I got home the prescriptions were in my mailbox. They’d been mailed rather than set aside for pickup, which was why they couldn’t find them in the pharmacy. This seems like an easy fix, had they checked the computer system more closely. I’ve been here in the past and been impressed, but today I was highly disappointed. As a customer I felt uncomfortable. I love supporting local business, but this draws me to a Smith’s or CVS where standards of professionalism may be more strict.

My wife’s dermatologist didn’t even give her the choice if she wanted her prescription sent here. She then wrote the prescription wrong but Meirs called her and she corrected the strength and size. The next month when my wife asked to have it sent somewhere else the Dr had a fit. She wrote the strength and size wrong again (just like before) but when our other pharmacy called she flat out refused to change it. I’ll be leaving a negative review for the Doctor, but there is clearly something illegal/fishy with her association with this pharmacy. Part ownership?, Kick-backs? ..something. I find this method of business and healthcare delivery unethical and unprofessional and we won’t take our business to either party. Reading other reviews here about them telling people their prescription isn’t covered so they can fill their prescription at a higher margin seems to fit right in with this slimy method of business we experienced.

My dermatologist told me about this pharmacy, I loved I could see all the prices of anything I was going to be prescribed. Very fair prices, and love that it can be mailed to you. I ended up going in person and they were quick friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

My Dermatologist told me about miers pharmacy and said that I was going to get my prescription in the mail , I thought it was great so I wouldn't have to wait 15/ 30 mins at walmart waiting for my prescription, everything was going great a pharmacy tech contacted me right after I left my dermatologist office , they asked for my insurance info , credit card info they charged my card right away , but took them over a week to send my prescription and on top of that my order was incomplete , so I had to wait an extra day for my order to be complete , I called them four times and I never ever ever got an apology for the ridiculous delay. so next time I would rather wait 30 mins at walmart pharmacy then over a week.
