So, the pharmacy at the university health center completely dropped the ball, putting me into withdrawal from Prozac. Yeah. I was bounced around on hold from person to person. Adding insult to literal injury, they felt the need to keep me on hold off and on half the morning as they desperately hunted for another entity to take the blame. Don't mind me. I'll just sit here withdrawing, waiting for you to shift focus to refilling my Rx.

Not crowded. I arrived there before my scheduled time and was seen before it too. The staff is polite and answers any questions you might have well. The doctor I was seen by seemed to be a senior doctor with good command of her profession. It was my first visit there so they did make me fill up a long questionnaire to get my family history and other information.
