I really like the people and the availability of compounded medications is great. However, recently the staff has made mistakes when filling my prescriptions more often than they have filled correctly. I have received 1/2 of the prescribed compound and told that is what the doctor ordered--even though I personally confirmed with the doctor and his chief nurse that a different amount had been called in. Most recently, I received 4 of 10 vials that make up a single fill. The computer system forced me to treat obtaining the 6 remaining vials as a refill--what happened to the 10 that make up the actual refill I have no idea. I will continue to use Jolley's because they provide services I cannot get at any other conveniently located pharmacy. However, I hope they debug their system (both electronic and corporeal) soon.

Full service and compounding pharmacy. The Pharmacists and all who work there are friendly and helpful and have always been able to help with any prescription I have. Prices are comparable with local grocery pharmacies. Their gift store carries lots of fun things and is a treat to browse while waiting for meds.

I've been getting a compounded medication from this pharmacy since 2006. When I moved to NV 7+ years ago I was afraid I would need to stop the medication since I could not locate a pharmacy in Henderson or Las Vegas that compounded the medication. I was delighted to find out that Jolley's can mail the prescription to me. With our hot weather here they are able to mail the prescription in a cooled container to prevent damage or changes in the medication. When I lived in Utah I discovered Jolley's as a result of our primary doctor's office being right down the hall. I fell in love with the gift shop and found they have great bargains if you catch their sales. Sometimes it's worth splurging to get unique items at the gift shop. I'm still using an essential oil household cleaner I bought from them. Staff are always so nice and helpful when I call to discuss mailing the prescription, to update them on credit card information or changes in my insurance. If they have any questions they always call me for the information. I give this Jolley's pharmacy an AAA+++ rating. They make my compounding concerns and prescription refills easy, and it's always fun to shop while my prescription is being filled. I so glad I found them.

Our cat has a chronic disease and needs to take prednisolone, which needs to be conserved in low temperature. For two cycles, Jolley's did not keep the medication on the fridge dispensing it to us and the cat relapsed. Now, imagine if the medication was for a human.

I had a head-scratchingly bad experience with this one. It took two phone calls over the course of 24 hours (with a third to my doctor in between) before they were able to find my prescription. When they did, it was because I was able to supply the name of the person (Troy) my doctor had spoken to. After a long hold, that person came on the phone and said, essentially, "Oh right, here it is." I was told the prescription would be ready in an hour. When I arrived (an hour and a half later) the tech told me the prescription had not been filled, because "they had left me a message asking if I wanted it filled" (??) I explained I had spoken to Troy, who instructed me to come in an hour. The tech replied, "Well, Troy has been in a meeting." (??) I waited an additional 30-40 min while the prescription was filled. It's possibly I just fell down a bad luck rabbit hole, but I kinda suspect there are some kinks in the system at this one.

Place was friendly enough and had lots of staff. Tried to have them make a compound cough syrup and cost was 84 bucks. Had to pass and went out and bought Nyquil.

The staff that I've dealt with 50% of the time are extremely polite (Elliot) and helpful (Vanessa). Other staff I've worked with the other 50% of the time were somewhat cold and distant, with others even going as far as to talking about how much they want to close the store and be done with helping people for the day. Look, it's a BUSY pharmacy. It's a nice "gift shop", compounding pharmacy. I understand they are swamped, but customers are NOT oblivious to the negative vibe and remarks. And to make matters worse, as of Jan 1st, 2018 they just switched to 90% needing to be used instead of 80%. This gives me only a couple of pills by the time a refill can even be obtained. Why a pharmacy would voluntarily do this to their customers is beyond me! After my next refill, I will probably return to Jolley's on Redwood Road, despite not being open Saturday and being a longer drive.

We have used this pharmacy for 3 months now. We will call in the prescription and wait days for delivery. 3 months in a row, my grandma has had to go at least 4 days without medicine. You'd be better off going to get your medicine.

We love this pharmacy and every one of their pharmacists and techs. They give you the personal care and time to explain any questions or concerns you may have. When we served our mission, they sent our meds directly to us without us having to keep track of when they were due for refills. When I had a recent bout with food poisoning, they were helpful in suggesting non-prescription alternatives, that truly helped turn the issues I had, around for me. Best pharmacy ever! And the gifts shop part of the pharmacy is such a great place to browse and pick up unique gifts - just what you’re looking for! Try them - they’re amazing and you’ll love the whole experience!

Expensive, but good. They will fill your prescription right there and their store is fun to walk around, but I would never buy anything there because it's too much like a gift shop--fancy trinkets and things for fancy prices. They specialize in compounds. If your prescription is a compound, insurance probably won't pay for it. Pretty fast, waited maybe 20-30 min from drop off to fill.

A+ Customer Service! I arrived a minute after they closed and someone saw me at the door and let me in. I told them I had a prescription ready. It was not ready, but they said they keep that prescription ready and I could still pick it up. They checked the back and were out of it. I told them I understood if it was too late to pick up today, but they mixed up the prescription for me despite being closed. Very very nice of them! I'm so grateful!

Our prescription was supposed to be ready to be picked up earlier in the day. My husband took off work early to pick up our daughter's prescription because it was so important she start it. When he got there they made him wait around for 40 minutes just to tell him he would have to come back tomorrow because they were closing. Apparently, our time and our little girl's health isn't important to them.

This place is a joke. Ordered my time sensitive RX in plenty of time (three days)to be received and be taken only to have them not ship it out when they said they would. Reassured me three times it would be shipped out so I have it the day before I needed to take it. They could care less about my dilemma. Wouldn’t fedex it to me. Laughed at me for being upset.

Not very jolly after getting my prescriptions by mail and actually very upset after talking with supervisor. I was supposed to receive ointments mixed in a pump. I received three separate jars of medicated cream which I am supposed to mix myself and put into a pump. Or apply 1 to 2grams of each and mix with medium when needed. Pharmacy refused to mix meds.

i have to go here for compounded medicine but after a while feel compelled to say that everyone is fabulous except the 20-year old girls working there. I'm not sure this is an appropriate place for them to be working: in a pharmacy? I expect this kind of 20 year old attitude at Subway or the mall, but it doesn't seem right at Jolley's Pharmacy. Unfortunately, I always seem to be waited on by them, so all the terrific customer service from the past by other employees has become a distant memory.
