Came here today (Dec 21 2018) about 1 o'clock to fill a prescription. The girl working at the counter had terrible customer service, is lazy/ bad attitude and is not doing her job. Told me it would be 15 minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting, I went back to the counter. The same girl at the counter asked me what I needed. As I approached the counter she left saying I cant help you right now I'm busy (keep in mind there is ONLY 1 or 2 other people in the whole room sitting down waiting for a prescription as well). A different guy came and asked what I needed, and I told him I've been waiting for over an hour for a simple prescription. Turns out, it was filled and ready THE WHOLE TIME. In fact the other people who were in there had been waiting for 45 minutes as well, and their prescriptions were waiting the whole time too! The girl at the counter is not doing her job, has attitude and is lazy. No one called out our names and blamed it on the holidays. There were only 2 other people in the pharmacy! You cant blame it on being busy! Come on guys. Don't waste peoples time. Until this is fixed, we will take our prescriptions elsewhere, and you should too.

Pharmacist Dan was rude on the phone. He was very clear he didn’t want to do vaccinations for me. He said I needed a doctors note. I said it was faxed a few days ago. He said he didn’t recall seeing it. And he wouldn’t look for my doctors faxed order.

I have my son's prescriptions sent there and I pick them up about every month. Most of the time I have some type of an issue picking it up. Either a long wait or they don't have the prescription ready. Normally that wouldn't frustrate me, however, I will receive a call from the pharmacy that my prescription is ready so I pack my kids in the car and drive 20 minutes to the pharmacy only to find out that my prescription isn't really there and they have to order it in and it takes several days for it to come. This has happened to me 3 or 4 different times and I am so sick of it. I will be paying more for my prescriptions just so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

Wouldn't normally think of a pharmacy as a place with noteworthy customer service, but the staff here is phenomenally helpful, and even weighed my son to make double sure the dosage was right. Will use again for sure.

Moms Investments

Best pharmacy anywhere. The service is fantastic and if they don't have what you need on the shelf then they will get it for you fast and sometimes the same day. They also offer mail service. The prices for over the counter needs are the least expensive anywhere.
