Everytime I come here it takes over an hour of waiting and they never get insurance info right. Very rude and unhelpful. Other pharmacies don't have this issue. Not coming back here.

The Medshop Pharmacy has a convenient drive-thru drop off and pick up. They are efficient in getting your prescriptions ready. They assist you with your insurance. I love their text messaging reminders and their auto refills. It is a convenient place to get your prescription meds taken care of. They have medical supplies and over-the-counter meds for your shopping convenience. There is a restroom available inside the shop.

My wife and I have both used the Med Shop for our scripts instead of dealing with WalMart. Much more convenient but, unless you question them about the price they WILL try to over charge you. One excuse they will give you is that they give discounts to "long time customers." This is the last time we will use them for our prescription needs Gilmer is small and few choices so just be aware of their shady business practices.
