i went to the little clinic in lakeland a couple weeks ago, i was very sick. the doctor came in and didn’t seem to care that i didn’t feel good. she checked my vitals & pointed out something that was totally off topic of me being sick which was none of her concern in the first place. she gave me a steroid pack which made me sicker than i was before, went back the next day & they gave me a Z pack, never sent it in to walgreens. i couldn’t get out of bed the NEXT day, so i went to St francis on park & the nurse finally diagnosed me with a sinus infection & gave me proper medicine. i will NOT be back to little clinic & even the receptionist was VERY rude. i’ll advise everyone in my area to not go unless you want to be even more sick and irritated at the unprofessionalisim. i work in customer service and that’s NOT how you treat customers ESPECIALLY sick ones. somebody needs to re check who they hire before hiring them.

I went in there last night to get a sinus shot. I was told by Asia in a rude tone that I didn't have insurance. I've been at the same job for 20 years with no lapse in Insurance coverage. She knows nothing about me to make a statement like that!

My first time going to The Little Clinic . I had a great experience there . Including waiting for my prescription i was in and out within an hour . I had no appointment. It was very affordable. Especially for someone that has no insurance .

Something has changed here. I have come here every year for 5 years for wellness exam for my insurance. Today will be my last visit here! The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional! My appointment was a 6 and I waited for over an hour to be seen. Leave it to rude unprofessional staff to ruin a good thing. I asked her if appointments matter and she stated that they took late last lunches and “pushed” everything back....with no regard for people’s time..and never once apologized. This is ridiculous! Oh well...

Had an appt today and was seen by Carol Smith, NP. I was very impressed with professionalism, treatment, and her sweet personality. For about 2 hrs she did not have a receptionist and was having to check in and treat patients alone. She was very calm and and made the best out of a difficult situation! She took her time and treated each patient with respect and thorough examinations. Great job Ms.Smith!!!!!!!

Horrible front office staff she has terrible attitude! Why make an appointment and they make you wait like a walk-in. Asked front desk staff if there was anything I needed to do for paperwork and she snapped at me and went back to her desk mumbling under her breath like I was bothering her. Absolutely horrible attitude someone needs to replace her.
