Remarkable customer service. My daughter was able to get an antibiotic prescription on a Sunday afternoon even though the pharmacy was closed. They made a special trip into the pharmacy to provide it for her.

Tim the graduate pharmacist at :"Pharmacy Care of Tennessee" is directly involved in meeting my prescriptions and making sure that I receive them in time, either shipped by the postal service or a member of his team. To top it of, he beats the prices of the drug store prices, Tim also is capable of compounding special drugs , those needed for "anti-rejection" meds. needed in transplants. I really wanted to have a place close to home to fill my prescriptions and support a local business. Some woman working there gave me a hard time because my old address was still on my license. I didn't realize I had to go to the DMV first to get a prescription. I might have worked with them a little, but this woman was simply rude and unacommodating. The rest of the staff seems very nice for the record. Oh well, I'll go back to publix in Brentwood.

Most of the staff is very friendly and kind. Apparently they do have one member though that needs additional training on customer service. When a customer is upset a professional would approach it with Grace and kindness not with rudeness.

Mostly extremely nice people. A few little "switchtails," as my grandmother would call them, who think they are too good for a job and seem determined to chase away customers, but talk to the grownups. They are great and perform a much-needed service.
