The place is dark and dingy. Had to go there to get a compounded prescription. The staff including the pharmacist were very unfriendly and rude. Tri Cities Skin and Cancer had called in a prescription. Went to pick it up,said they didn't have it. Called TCSC. They called Moody's who admitted they had it but the compounding pharmacist was off and it always took 24 hrs.to fill a compounded prescription. Called TCSC and they called another pharmacy. Got it in 10 minutes. Will never go there for any reason,very unfriendly,very rude they lied to me. Minus o!!!!

I just started using Mooney’s Pharmacy and the staff is wonderful. The pharmacist Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He also didn’t make me feel just like another prescription to fill. He actually spoke to me like I was a person standing there in front of him. I can not even express how good it was to find a pharmacy and pharmacist that actually cares about their patients like he does. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very friendly, with great customer service also very personable.......

ALWAYS fast, friendly service & best prices in Tri-Cities for prescriptions on generic medicines even without insurance. When price checking against other pharmacies customers should always call Mooneys 1st. Pharmacist s are very knowledgeable and insurance s and prior authorization s needed & are happy to answer any questions. I have never had a bad experience there. Store is sometimes filled with customers making lines long but I think that proves the quality of the pharmacy.
